None of my credits have paid in over a week - getting very frustrated. I also haven't qualified for surveys in a few days.

I know these are old standby's, but just in case have you tried:

~running anitvirus / antispyware programs
~getting a new email address
~checking your cookie settings to make sure they didn't get reset by a window's update.
~or, did you recently have a great run with alot of credits and maybe just oversaturated with adveritsers? (so maybe this break will do you good down the road...and things will start crediting again soon.)

Can't help with the daily surveys other than to keep trying as often as your time will allow throughout the day! Good luck!
