This offer hasn't been around 30 days yet... you shouldn't try an offer again until 30 days have passed or you can risk having your account suspended and the companies that have these offers can pull them from SR. I don't know if you have seen this posted in the stickies so I thought I would give you a heads up.

I did see that but was having pc problems at the time.. So many that I placed in pending never went through correctly. In addition I am fairly new and have been learning how to do this. Thanks for the info though

Understandable it happens BUT once you enter email/address information your in their system and if you do it again before 30 days it's considered fraud on their end. SR has lost some bc of this so to err on the side of caution it's stated that you have to wait 30 days even if you never were able to finish/complete the offer. I've had it happen a handful of times where my pc just freezes in the middle and I Have to reboot.
