I'm getting the same error message. I had trouble yesterday getting a survey as there were no options available, but today I've mostly been getting that error message.

I just sent off a message to Greenfield with the error page that you are getting. Hopefully it is just a temporary thing.

Thanks! I've got my fingers crossed! I've been VERY lucky in getting the DS bonuses the last 2 months and I'm trying to keep my good luck going.

I am flooded with options now. Hopefully, I will qualify for one of them and will back in my "groove."

I have not gotten the error page all day, just haven't had any options since this morning, but didn't qualify. Now I am getting the same error page that other people mentioned for both the DS and the SM. I wasn't going to take a SM since I haven't done the DS, but just wanted to check. I wonder why some are getting the error page and others aren't? Hopefully I'll have options soon.

The error page is gone for me now. I just got both a ds and a sm survey

But all day for BOTH the daily and supermember, I was getting the error page.

The DS was on healthy food options.

Was able to complete the DS which is the one I always like to get because of the bonus! Woo Hoo! But still no SM survey. This will make Day 3 where I haven't had any options for that. Crazy! I'll keep trying though!
