Is anyone else have difficulty wit the survey page loading after you hit the start suvery button? This happen 90% of the time for DH. At times the items that he quailfiys for disappears when you hit back and refresh doesn't work either. All he gests is a white screen and at times page not available. frustating

I got that one tonight too for my DS. It went to OTX as well, put in my info and it said I didn't qualify, but I didn't know what I wasn't qualifying for.

Had four quailfing boxes checked clicked on the start survey and once again nothing but a blank screen. clicked on the back button and each time he did there was one less checked box remaining.

Is he on a Mac?
Is he using Firefox?
There have been some problems with that combo for *some* users.

Actually I think GF is having issues bc I can't get on now either. It gives me options to select but then the page takes forever to load and I get the IE internal error white screen.
