ETA: OMG!!! Now I got a server error in the middle of one about energy efficiency in your home!! This is not my day...almost getting comical though.... (and of course there are no surveys available to me now...)
The upside is that one of my lost daily survey credits from sometime showed up today with yesterday's credit...and I finally got the congrats screen on a sports drink survey!
