Just as an FYI also the reason there is no OTX technical thread is because they don't accept feedback on their surveys so with OTX you pretty much 'get what you get and don't throw a fit' (as my son would say, LOL) I haven't gotten an OTX in literally months so you aren't alone. Just keep trying (in my best Dory voice) Good luck

I got through a survey, but then it took me back to Opinion Surveys, which looked like the options I get on the SR survey page, but it's through another company.

Update: I just did another survey and throughout the survey I saw the "Opinion Survey" logo at the top of my survey I was taking. AND the completed survey did take me back to the Congrats page. )

I just went through a survey and got to the Opinion Surveys (link) "portal" that looks like GF too (complete with GF lady video). But I don't know if I actually completed the survey. Might have, might not have. Not going to take a chance, so I'll just stay with "maybe I did".

I don't have cookies or anything on the computer from other sites, etc, I cleared everything this morning.

I got the whole way through a long survey on travel about 10 minutes ago, on the final page it would not load, then GF I can not get into. Anyone else having issues with getting in to get a survey. I would think its done, but it went so smoothly and of course on the last page it takes a dive. Thanks for any posts.

They must be having a problem because the last few times that I've tried, it won't load.

I've been having the same problem yesterday and today. I even walked away for 15 minutes hoping surveys were just loading slow and nothing.

I had that problem earlier today but I got a survey and it said congratulations. So hopefully it will credit. Just keep trying guys!

I just finshed a survey after having a little trouble earlier. Hopefully it will work for some of you now!

I haven't been doing surveys for quite some time but we have what I think is a bizarre issue (well, maybe not bizarre, but strange) going on. When I do a GF survey (just had my first one in 3 months!) I have no issues getting into the survey area and starting the survey. Either I qualify or I don't, no real issue there.

There's another person in our office who has been doing SR for almost as long as I have (separate IP addresses on all computers here in the office) and when she goes to start a survey, after clicking the applicable boxes, she's directed to the Greenfield site which then asks her to sign up for the site. This has only been happening to her recently as the last survey she was able to get into was on January 18.

Has anyone else experienced this situation?
