stitch-i got one like that also this weekend - blank page, no thank you page nor did it go back to sr and i did notice the green check mark in the address bar. mine was on a certain movie, was yours?

Yes, it was. I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow to see if it credits since today is a holiday. I will just have to keep fingers crossed that today's credits as well.

So, do we assume we've completed a survey and try the Super Member survey or not? I'm not having a lot of luck with surveys this month but I have the day off today and can actually spend more time on it. Would really like to be able to get at least a couple today.

i am so sorry that all of you are having this problem. has anyone reported this problem to gf so that they know about it? sometimes when you report this kind of problem you might get credit for the survey - that all depends on gf. again i am sorry that this is happening to you all. keep smiling.

Yes, I reported all three that I had this problem with over the weekend. We'll see how it turns out.

I just finished a survey about a major discount retailer partnering with a well-known computer company to offer technical/repair services and it ended on a white screen. Has anyone had this one and did it end up crediting? I never know whether to try again when this happens.

Just wanted to update - I did not get credit for the survey yesterday that did not go back to SR (about a retailer partnering with a computer company to offer services), and I didn't get credit for the survey Saturday that went to a blank page but had a green check mark in the address bar (about a movie). Maybe they will come through later.

I did not get credit for the retailer/computer company one that I did yesterday either. Hopefully these will come through at a later date.
