Beward I had a new brainjuicer one on frozer dinner meals, again after going through 10 buy ans sell items, got the error screen, would not go any further, tried it several times going back to the beginning in FF and it was a no go. I had no way to report it either. Maybe IE would work for this, but I do not know.

I also couldn't get this one to work in FF earlier today.......every time I hit the next button it would refresh the same page.

I tried it tonight in IE and was able to complete it and got the congrats page. Fingers crossed it credits.

i just did a brainjuicer on dips...had no problems, took the full survey, but it didn't go back to the congrats page i was using firefox.

I'm in one now by PSB internet surveys group that I think I'm going to have to close out of. I'm stuck on this one question that keeps telling me I'm missing an answer, even though I have boxes checked. It's on media usage and family friendly options.

Weird. I just completed this one without any problems. It was pretty long and very repetitive though. I just wanted to be done. Sorry you're having problems.

Just spent 20 minutes on a PSB survey about television viewing and got an error message.

Same here, with the same survey. I wonder if it will credit.

According to Greenfield, the movie ones will credit at a later date even if you do not get returned to the SR page.

I got the same thing last night and still haven't gotten credit for it.
