Is anyone else noticing their add-up-what-I've-earned thingie isn't changing? I don't think mine has changed in days (though I've earned on more than one of the days).
This is not really a technical issue, and I don't know if it has been mentioned before, but I just spent abot 15 min on a survey about refrigerated juices only to be taken back to the "It appears you don't qualify page."
It just infuriates me when the survey company gets so much information from the survey taker just to then bump you out! I would hate to see how long the rest of the survey would have taken!
It is this type of thing that causes me never to stick with surveys...they just make me so mad and they are not worth that aggrevation!
When this type of thing happens the company does not get ANY of your info. Usually when this happens it is because they didn't get the answer they wanted on a question. It could be that they reasked the same question a different way (which they do SOOO much lately and it aggravates me!) and you answered it differently the second time. It could also be that they thought you were going too fast (even if you and I think we are going SOOOO slow!) or some other freak thing that sets them off and makes them think they aren't getting valid answers. It is a pain and aggravating but also the "nature of the beast". Hang in there! Here are some good thoughts that you get a really easy one in its place!
I did not either. Tricia has been having GF look at somethings behind the scenes for us. Have you changed anything on your computer lately? Thinking back I realized Monday I changed my VPN settings at work and that might have had an impact on my survey woes. I changed it back today but went ahead and completed my survey tonight from home without VPN on to see if that made a difference. None of that might apply to you but just something to help you start thinking.
