    I just did a Super Members survey on fruit products from a major fruit product company. It was a Brainjuicer survey and I did the whole thing. When it came to the end and said answer these last few questions, I did. Then it finished and instead of getting the congrats screen, I got a blank white page with nothing. Hope I get credit, but I'm not feeling too optimistic.

    Update-I left the white screen up hoping that would help to get the survey to credit and when I went back to look at it. There was an error message saying that there was an error recording the answer to the last question which was the one about what you thought about the survey. It said I would have to reanswer the last questions. But I have reanswered the last set of questions about 3 times now and I still keep getting the blank white screen and then a little while later the error message saying I would need to answer the last questions again. So obviously there is problem with the survey. Is there a place to report this like on the DS?
