I just did this survey also and got the white screen at the end. I did let it sit there for a couple minutes, then had to click to go back to the "panel", and then I finally got the Congrats page.

Same thing happened to me. I hope it credits.

i got the brain juicer survey on fruit products this morning as my sm survey and when i went to submit it i got the dreaded cache-no-cache page (also a white page). refreshed the page got the congrats page and got credit for my sm survey. there is definitely hope that since you got the congrats page you should get credit for it. hope that makes you all feel a little better.

I just finished the Brain Juicer fruit survey. It did hang for about a minute, but then went to the Ciao, Return to your Panel page, clicked the button, then back to SR Congrats. So perhaps it is fixed now.

first time in a LONG time I had a hard time getting survey's this weekend. I was only able to get one on Friday. Nothing either Sat & Sun. AMP did give me 2 on on Fri and one on Sun. I've been trying all morning and nothing.

I am having such issues with the BrainJuicer surveys lately. I have done several in the past with no problems. For the last couple of months everytime I get one the pages hang on forever trying to load. If I try to refresh it takes me back to the beginning of the survey. This morning I got 2 of them, 1 on allergies and I don't know what the other one was because after the 1st page it wouldn't load the next one.

When you take a BJ survey does a new box pop up where you actually do the survey. I'm thinking it's some setting on my computer, but I can't figure out what it is. I really like the BJ surveys and would like to be able to do them again. Thanks for any help!

Yes, and both at work and home I have pop up blocker installed but all I do is click at the long box at hte top of the page to "temp allow pop ups" and then another box opens up and I can move forward. I got that one this morning it was the first BF that worked for me in a while, it was on timeshares...

Ditto. Was SM survey so couldn't report. That was a long one too! I liked the thing they were promoting though.

I do get a new pop-up box. But I've still had my share of problems with these surveys.
