Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

I got the same Brainjuicer survey, but got stuck a little further into the survey when the next page would not load. I eventually tired refresh and was also taken back to the beginning of the survey. I closed out and reported it too.

Oh darnit, that's what I forgot to do. Got the same brainjuicer yesterday or the day before, it just stopped in the middle....totally forgot to report it.

i don't know if this is a technical issue or not but here goes. after getting booted out of a # of surveys this morning it went back to the options page but it did not have my email address but it did have options. completed one and got the congrats page so just to make sure all was well, went back into the ds and my email address was there. do you think this will credit or am i worrying over nothing as i did get the congrats page? does that make sense?

I think worrying that any DS doesn't credit is a waste of worry. It will either credit or it won't, if it does, great, if it doesn't, oh well, theres always tomorrow. However, in this case, it sounds like it will, I have had this happen to me.

Me too! It was sooooo hard! I haven't worked so hard to get a survey in months! And I only ended up with 2, not all 3! Hope today is better, i was getting quite discouraged!

I was given a brainjuicer today, but when I went to get into it, it said it was unavailable. Oh well! I've noticed that the times it has truly worked (not talking about me just not qualifying) the popup has actually popped up. And the things it wasn't going to work, I had to click to get the popup out.

Funny thing just now. Got offered an AMP, told I had taken the maximum (haven't taken one in days), and went back to the SR didn't qualify page. CLicked to try another survey, got AMP again, told the same thing about exceeding maximum. Answered no to the do you want to take another survey on one of our other sites - but then it went on asking me more survey questions and told I qualified for a survey! Never had that happen b4....but I'll take it!

Just did a DS about meatless burgers. It was 100% complete when it went back to the SR page you do not qualify. It said the survey would take about 25 minutes. I spent 30 minutes on it so I think I went slowly enough. Not sure what happened with this one.

Same exact thing happened to me...I did report it. Must be a glitch if we both got the boot at the very end?
