Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

Not an issue, not a complaint, just....if you guys never see me again, it's b/c I got lost in this ages-long survey. Like the people in Tron ended up inside the computer, I think I'm being sucked into the survey, a hundred choices to make on every page, etc etc etc. auggggggh.

I think I just got the same survey and am in the middle of it. Was it food related?

I just finished that one. Long!!!! But at least got the congrats page!

URG!!! I just did a DS on tax prep, listening to a bunch of commercials....took 25 minutes to watch/listen and answer all their questions only to get the Thanks but No Thanks page at the end! I seriously hate when that happens!!

This one may be a "timed" one, if you went to fast, you can get that message.

I just did 40 minute game system survey and at the end it said I didn't qualify. I went slowly enough so not sure what happened.

I noticed that they will re-ask a question, and if you answer it different, you get this "I didn't qualify" page.

I had a food related one just now that was horribly long (almost an hour) and detailed; I felt like my eyes were glazing over! I'm not so fond of these interminable ones; almost feel like that kind is worth more than .90!

Yep, food related. I have never felt so negative about a survey I was doing...I was talking back to it at one point. And on a screen it used the word "finally", but then continued with huge pages of choices...and at that point I almost looked like this!

Was so glad to get the congratulations screen...

I HAD to leave the survey up and go to the grocery store it was taking so long. I worried about leaving it idle, but didn't really have a choice. Then at the end where it asks if the survey was a good use of your time, I think I rated it a 3. Altogether, just survey time, I think it took me close to 2 hours to finish it. If you get this survey make sure you have plenty of time, but it's always good when you get the congrats page.

That was my time, too. I remember having DH make dinner (not an unusual request, but I do remember making it) at a certain time, and then 2 hours later, well after dinner while watching something on TV, I finally finished it. And I didn't take time out for dinner; sat here at my laptop, eating, all sad-like, LOL.

I rated it at a 2.

Just got the same food one. I took a break to check the forum to make sure people had gotten the congrats page - thanks for posting that you did! I would have given up a long time ago if no one had posted about it. Whew!

I'm so glad that my little vent was helpful...there's a fine line between an alert and a whine...but that one was so crazy I felt I had to give y'all a head's up!

UGH!! I so wish I would have read this first! It took me over 2 hours, some of these surveys make me feel like they should be counting for multiple credits......it seems ridiculous to expect someone to do a 2-3 hour survey for 90 cents!

At least warn a girl up front!!
