Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

just did a ds on a new movie coming out soon, had to watch a video and give my opinion (survey was thru psb) and instead of getting the congrats page when i finished it i got a white page with the following message:
Your answers have been received and this survey is now completed.

We appreciate you taking the time out of your busy day to share your thoughts and opinions with us. Your input today will directly impact future products and services that everyone will enjoy.
Thanks again!

that's the first time that i have taken a survey thru psb and it did not go back to sr. reported it to gf.

i got the same survey, and it stuck just after the preview finished playing. i'm sitting here waiting for a continue button to come up...been 3 minutes now. looks like i'm out of luck on this one.
ETA: got hosed by it too. will report as soon as i get a minute.

Dang, i knew i should have reported that survey. But i had already reported 2 yesterday, and I did finish it! it just didn't go back to the SR page.

crap....there goes my $5 bonus!

I had a strange experience with a DS survey - it kept giving me an error message:

Questionnaire 'Survey_4424_Arnie' not available (cause 117)

then when I refreshed , it would go back to the previous page and allow me to continue. I got the thank you page but am wondering about it. It was about air fresheners. Anyone else? I guess I'll know tomorrow.

for real? yesterday's credited? Great. I didn't get it, nor did I get Friday's. Total bummer. I had a problem with Friday's, but yesterday's was fine.

i don't think surveys from the weekend have credited yet. if they did i did not get one of them and i got the congrats page on all 3 (friday thru sunday). if anyone out there has received credit for their surveys please let us know.
