Survey problems or questions etc.

Any word yet on why some of us here are still unable to qualify for a MV survey...never had a problem in the past and now it's been weeks since I was able to get one? Always the same qualifying questions too, very weird. I would have a six-pack today if it were to cooperate a bit?

since we all did so well with mv in the past, maybe they just ran out of surveys for us to qualify for (it's been 20 days for me).

Today I can't get SSI to cooperate with me either?

It is not a technical issue. They are a very small company and they don't get as many surveys as other companies. I wish I could say that it is a technical issue that they could fix but it isn't. They have simply run out of surveys and are loading new ones sporadically. Probably not what u want to hear but keep trying.

just tried to do a sh survey, answered the 1st question about when i am going to purchase my next vehicle and page came up that said "OOPS" an error has occurred. oh well, you win some, you lose some. i am happy with the 4 i did get today. will try again later and hopefully sh will add some new surveys. if not, there is always tomorrow to try again. have a great day everybody.

I just had the same thing happen on SH. I am bummed because I know it was for my favorite survey to take. I will keep trying. As far as mv goes...I agree that we must have taken them all. lol I can remember when we first started doing those Tricia said not to count on them everyday because they are a small company. I was surprised when I got one every day. Since they had the issues I havent been able to get one and have quit trying ( I get tired of filling out that info over and over). I will be happy with my 5 until it sounds like people are getting them again.

Just got a SH and it didn't credit immediately....talked to my mom and she said the same for her today. Are they still suppoed to happen that way, or did I miss the fact that they don't credit immediately anymore?

I'm still happy that I got a few today Finally feeling like I'm back in the groove a little!!

i just completed a sh survey and it credited immediately. probably not what you wanted to hear. i am so sorry that you and your mom had crediting issues with sh today. have u tried to take another one? i'll keep my fingers crossed for both of you that you both get another sh and it credits immediately. keep smiling and have a wonderful evening.

after getting the white generic thank you page on 2 daily surveys this morning (long food survey and on hospitals in my area) i was able to get a 3rd one on tires and got the congrats page.

that long food survey was the one I did yesterday that gave me the white page! seems like there may be an issue with that survey.
