The last SIX SH survey's that I've taken have completed and taken me back to the SR page....but not one of them has credited. When I try to take another, I get sent to the SR page as if I'd already taken one...which I have, but didn't get credit. I'll keep trying though! Even if I don't get credit, I still enjoy trying.

You have to have something on your computer messing with your SH cookies. I would make sure to do a really deep cleaning with AVG or something similar. It is very weird that you took 6 that didn't credit and that is definitely not a SH issue. I have gotten credit for every SH I took this month. If you haven't gotten any of the last 6 there is something that is blocking your SH cookies from being saved. Especially if you are going back to the SR home page and not getting credit. I would do some serious research on your computer and maybe do a search of your computer for the words "surveyhead" and see if there is anything hidden in the files somewhere that it could be being blocked. Let me know if you find anything.

I recently downloaded CCCleaner and I've run that every day (sometimes more than once to make sure) and it hasn't seemed to change anything. I've gotten credits for all of the other surveys I've completed and I used to get my SH credits instantly. I'll take a peek and see what I can find.

Can you do me a favor and view the source code of the page the next time that this happens? If you use Firefox, it's "View" "Page Source". Then copy and paste that page into a word doc or notepad and email it to me? If the Sunshine Rewards pixel is showing up on that page, there isn't any reason at all that it shouldn't be working for you unless 1) maybe your surveys are taking more than an hour, or 2) something is blocking the Sunshine Rewards cookie.

I have a question about the SSI survey's.
I finally completed one yesterday, but if you end up with the "flag page" in the end, does that mean you don't get credit? It has the flags of all nations, then the message in different languages, saying it will determin if you took the survey honestly.

I took a survey last nite and got the flag page, and still no credit this morning. I remember trying to take the SSI survey's a couple of times, and that page popped up, and I figured their were no survey's for me to take.

I just took a SH survey this morning on my laptop (instead of my desktop) and it credited immediately. Then it hit me that I'd done all of the other ones on my desktop. So, I am pretty sure that the problem is with my desktop settings or something. I will just continue taking the surveys as usual, but I will use my laptop instead.

The flag page is a disqualifying page. It has to go to the page with the 2 sets of stars for it to credit. I think ssi has one with a disqualifier that tricky or something cause my first one yesterday went all the way to the end and then the flag page. I did another one right after and it qualified.

has anyone done the MTC long survey recently? I did one Monday and got credit just fine, but I did one this morning and no credit? kind of bummed about it as now it won't let me take either the long or the short one!
