Survey problems or questions etc.

If you have already done the long one once, you will NOT get credit for another one because they are set up as offers. Except when I load it as a new offer. Our system is set up to only allow each person to get credit one time for each offer. The survey pages are set up totally differently so that you can do them each day.

ok now i'm confused again. it's listed under the offers again, but differenly? Did you make it an offer again? Now it has a (3) behind it....last time it had a (2). can I try it tomorrow?

Yep. You can do it again now. Until we figure out if want to add these permanently to the MTC page as an alternative, I'll just periodically add them as a new offer that each person can do once.

The numbering makes it easy to know if I've done the MTC before. Completed and was credited for MTC(3).

When I go on to surveyhead....asks you to give them the letters in the box. I have tried, and tried to do this, and for some reason, it always tells me that I have not typed it correctly. Ok, I went to kindergarten, I know what letters I see. I can't get into it. Have tried about a dozen times. Anyone else experiencing this?

I've been really busy and haven't attempted surveys until the past 2 days. I did a SH and an SSI and didn't receive credit for either one. I deleted my browsing history before I started so I have no idea what the problem is. Any help is appreciated.

Wow, I'm at a loss for you. It asks me for the letters/numbers too, but I've not had any issues yet with it not accepting what I put in the box? Strange. I hope someone else can help you figure out why you're having problems.

That happened to me today too. I took one SI & SH and didn't get credit for either. Waited until later in the day, cleared cookies and tried again. I was able to get both to credit later in the day on my second survey attempt. Stinks, but sometimes that happens.

Make sure they are capital letters if that is what they are showing in the box
