No, I type in capitals and number lock is on, this just started yesterday and it's happened on my home and work computer...

if you are typing the numbers at the side, try the ones at the top of the keyboard and see if that does anything? Grabbing at straws here.

i can't remember, it's been so long since i've taken one. does SSI credit immediately or go back to some sort of specific page? i just finished one and all i got was a generic page telling me my answers were submitted and wanting me to click a button to take another survey, and there was no instant credit.

The SSI surveys both credit on the hour. There's still hope for you to get credit.

I did a SSI ! and it credited on the hour it seems for some there is a crediting issue on 2, I know for me today and yesterday it did not credit. The prior two days it did credit. I always clear and use the ccleaner after each survey ccredits. I am confused will try again later on for 2.

Blah...just went the whole way through a MV about cell phone usage and at the very end (after 20 min), it tells me that it's full!! UGH. I just hate when that happens.

Oh well, at least I have two other surveys today....I'll keep on trying!

The same thing just happened to me. It indicated the survey was complete and then it said survey full

I completed SSI this morning before work and it credited. Came home, ran ccleaner. Completed SSI(2) and not credit. The 2nd one went to the usual page with the 2 sets of 5 stars and 2 boxes for comments.

I am also having trouble with the SSI2. Mine didnt credit today or yesterday, and I did all the clearing cookies, etc.

Has anyone gotten credits labeled SSI2 more than once or more than one day in a row? I am wondering if it isn't something related to that? I got my first SSI2 credit yesterday and today mine didn't credit.

I have gotten credit a couple of times this week, but I usually don't have time to try two days in a row. I think I got it two days ago, but yesterday, I kept getting the "honesty" page with the flags each time I tried the second one, even though all my info was correct. You may have nailed the answer, Janet.

I had SSi2 credit on 8-31st and then again on 9-1st no I do not think that is it. I tried last 2 days and no credit both days. I see no logic here at all. I can not even think why its not when Trish stated she is seeing credits for it. I am so confused.
