Is anyone else getting a server error with SH? I can't get in.....wonder if all the SR members are trying to do survey's now with the increase and we've overloaded their server.

I'm not getting in either...blank white page. Going to try what Tricia suggested and see if that helps?

ETA: Cleared cookies and cache and still getting the blank white page?

HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.

I'm getting right in. Using Firefox and Window 7.

I'm getting right into the two demographics pages using IE on a Windows 7 computer. However, it goes right to an error page despite computer cleaning. I agree with whoever said that the server is probably just too busy right now. Since an email was sent out about the SH increase, my theory is that more people are trying this survey than usual.

I'm just going to try the other surveys and try this one again later. Good luck, everyone!

still getting the server error on sh. just had the weirdest thing happen with my ssi2 survey. was about to submit it and got the server error message so i refreshed the page and got the star page so i could evaluate the survey i just completed. keep your fingers crossed everybody that it credits after 3. if not i guess i can try again later. that's the first time that has ever happened. woo hoo - my ssi2 survey just credited. definitely made my friday even better.
