Anyone else having difficulties with SSI? I seem to get the no surveys message more than I get a survey. Today I was excited to get an available 6 minute survey, complete in in the 6 minutes, then got the flag page. Then just now I got into another survey, did it in over 20 minutes, then instead of the stars page got the you don't qualify page. Now nothing available again. Just frustrated and wondering if others having any issues also.
