what's really quite strange is that after i got the message, i went in deleted all the cookies and tried again and even b4 i got into another survey the same message came up again.after waiting a little while i tried again for an ssi survey and i got one, completed it, got the star page and it just credited. guess patience and persistence definitely pays off in the end.
