On the SSI surveys, I got the flag a few times the past few days. I closed it out, cleared cookies and tried again and successfully completed a survey. I clear cookies before taking the first SSI survey and make sure to NOT clear cookies again until after it credits. Once it credits, I repeat for the second SSI survey. I haven't had any trouble getting credits for both the last 3 days doing it this way. HTH

I completed an SSI a little after 7:00 and got the star page. It didn't credit at 8:00 or 9:00. Maybe they are having some problems since so many are reporting crediting issues today.

I too never got credit for the SSI survey that I took and completed at 8:00...a first for me, there must be a problem for sure.

The same thing happened to my DH. He took an SSI(2) survey sometime after 7:00 p.m. and it didn't credit. After it didn't credit on the second hour, I asked him to try again because this is the only survey left that I need for a touchdown today. He did manage to get a survey and completed it a few minutes ago. We're hoping it credits at the top of the hour.

ETA: No credit for the second survey at the top of the hour.

Drat, wish I had read this earlier I completed onein the 3pm hour and it never credited. I thought it was a cookie issue so I did one again tonight, and no credit for that one either

I got the star page for both of them and the second one was the theme park vacation one that everyone was getting yesterday. Oh well

I completed 2 SSI surveys too...one around 6pm and another just before 11pm....no credit for either of them. Hopefully, they figure out the problem pretty soon. I was getting pretty good at getting both the SSI and SSI(2) when I had the time. I was excited just to qualify for an SSI today so it really bums me that I didn't get credit.

i did an ssi and finished it around 2:45 and it did not credit on the 3, 4 or 5 o'clock hour. guess whatever problems they had last night are still going on today. on the bright side i was able to get my ds and sm surveys done so that at least makes me happy. hope ssi fixes this problem soon so that we can all start getting credit for their surveys again.

SSI 1 credited yesterday. SSI 2 did not credit.
