Just a heads up-MV has glitch/error message, whatever.

Says 5-6 minutes max, says that it will ask for a phone number just to verify that you actually took the survey; then asks which four products are you thinking about purchasing in the next 6 mo-a facial cleansing system, a heart rate monitor and two others. Survey is entitled "what will $30 get you" .Clicking along, no issues, then click "survey apache tomcat error" black and white screen. No way around it that I could figure out. *****UPDATE: just checked my account balance and that MV DID credit. So, don't worry if you get that survey(I guess).

for the first time in a very long time i actually managed to get thru a ds where i had to watch videos, check off what products i would buy and give my opinions of the videos i watched. i went really slowly (taking 45 minutes) and i got the congrats page. this definitely made my morning better.

I was wondering how long it takes for a pending purchase to show. I made a purchase thru Sunshine Rewards on Feb. 21. I know you don't get immediate credit but thought I'd at least see it listed as pending.

I think you put this in the survey thread by mistake.

The short answer to your question is, it depends. Some merchants take longer than others. Some of them don't credit till your item ships (did that happen yet?) But yes, there will be a credit hold, but the pending credit should show up in your account history, but it might be back a page or two. Generally speaking, it will be dated the day of the purchase or the date it shipped.

If nothing shows up as pending after about a week, you can file a trouble ticket. I'd give it about a week from the date it ships just in case.

What is the merchant in question? Someone else might be able to give you better information then.

Is anyone else having problems with MV crediting? I took one last night. I kept the end page up like I normally do to make sure my cookies track, but no credit. Now it has been one hour since I finished one. Agan, no credit. I have not changed anything on my settings, I did not clean cookies after the survey, and I have gotten credit with other surveys (SH, SSI). I have had this happen before and it was just a funky glitch that corrected after a couple days. Is that what I am looking at?

I didn't have a problem with the one I took this morning. Did you clear cookies between the one that you took last night and the one you did today, if not then that would be the problem because it thinks you already took one today, it tracks by cookies. You got credit for the other surveys because you probably cleared those cookies from taking them yesterday? Just a thought.

Did you clear cookies between the one that you took last night and the one you did today, if not then that would be the problem because it thinks you already took one today, it tracks by cookies. You got credit for the other surveys because you probably cleared those cookies from taking them yesterday? Just a thought.

I cleared cookies before the one yesterday and then again today. I figured it is just some goofy issue with me (it happened before with no rhyme or reason) and hopefully will clear up. I will try again later to see if one credits.
