Survey problems or questions etc.

Not having a good morning. Completed a 10-15 min Y2C(SM), a new survey about remote car starters I complete and at the end see "sorry you don't qualify". Move on to SH (10mins) about coffee, complete and get "sorry you don't qualify". .

Happened to me 3 times yesterday.
Makes you think, darn, I should have 3 under my belt today.
I did manage to get 3 more-but it would of been a six-pack of they all would of credited.

I had the same problem with SM yesterday morning (Different survey). 3 in 24 hours.

I am still not getting credit for any SSI II that I am taking. Was the first survey I took last night, I first cleaned cookies, completed the survey etc. Waited over 2 hrs still no credit, cleared cookies again took SSI, completed it, got credit for it, checked my acct today & still not credit from SSI II. That is 4 SSI II surveys that I have not been credited for and 3 give Us your 2 Cents that I never received credit for ($3.50 total). Very frustrated to put in the time & not be rewarded! I am somewhat new to this, any & all information would be grateful. I just want to know why this is all of a sudden happening. I also was not able to qualify for the 5 surveys over the past weekend because SSI II & 2 cents did not credit to my account!!!!!!! HELP!

You should be getting credit for all surveys if you are clearing cookies before starting to take any of them first thing in the morning and then again between the two SSI's after the first one credits, I have no idea what else to tell you to do or try. Maybe someone else can chime in with ideas. Sorry.

The only other thing I can think of besides clearing cookies is some people have found they don't get credit for SSI 2 if they take it too close to the first SSI. I try to give it at least a few hours in between.

Generally, you should try for the Greenfield DS and SSI before trying for Give us your two cents or SSI 2, just because they're worth more and come from the same pool of surveys.

What browser are you using? I can try to help you with your settings to see if that might be the issue, but that's all I can think of right now.

It sounds like (and I may be interpreting incorrectly) you tried SSI 2 first, and when it didn't credit you cleared cookies, took an SSI, and got credit for an SSI. Is that right? You should take an SSI first - if you can't get anything with regular SSI, don't try SSI 2. Since you're only having trouble with surveys available twice, it may be the order you're taking them in.

Do you complete a Greenfield before you try 2 Cents? I've never tried to do a 2 cents before a Greenfield, so I don't know if that might be causing some problems.

I have had problems with SSI 2 crediting for me in the past, so I always try others before it. Try leaving the screen that says "You completed the survey" up for a few minutes, and do not close your browser before it credits. Also, if you complete a survey with SSI or SSI 2 and don't get that star review page at the end, it won't credit.

It's hard to diagnose what might be going on, so my suggestions are just a shot in the dark. Hope some of it helps!

Thank-you all for the input & information. I just checked my account and the SSI II that I did today finally credited to my account! YEAH!!! Do you need to clear cookies for SSI even if it has been over night or longer? I am getting credit for about half of the SSI's I take.The one I took on the 14th credited, but the one I took last night did not.

You need to clear between successfully completing the SSI's and also if you tried for an SSI 2 and didn't get one (otherwise the SSI will credit at 0.50 instead of 0.60.) If you're already doing that, then I'm not sure.
