Survey problems or questions etc.

So earlier today I did a MV on my daughter's laptop. It credited. I just got on her computer again so I could try some surveys while I make dinner. It was still on the my view page. The computer had been off, but still the my view page hadn't been x'ed off. Could that be why the AMP didn't credit? I had done the AMP on my regular computer.

I was just coming to post the same thing, I took a supermember surey earlier it didn't credit which i thought was odd. I cleared cookies and did another one and came back and no credit for that one either. Which is really odd i never have problems with them crediting.

Same thing happened to me with SM survey. I took first time and waited two hours and it did not credit. I took a second time and it still did not credit for some reason. So much for the SM survey today!

I didn't qualify for AMP so I didn't have any experience with this survey crediting. From what I have read it probably would not have credited.

I should always come here first when I have a problem with a survey. I too have taken 2 SM surveys today; got the congrats page on both-and neither credited.

Should we send a heads up to Tricia. or because it's a SM survey, can we not at least look into what happened?

I also took 2 separate Super Member surveys today that both got the congratulations page and neither one credited. That's never happened to me before...

not a good night, completed and got congrats on both SM and AMP, AMP before 8 so it has past the 2nd hour, SM before 9 so there is a tad of hope but when surveys are so hard to come by it sucks when they dont credit

Count me in. I did an AMP and Greenfield DS and neither credited. That's really strange. Something must be up with the surveys. At least I hope so because one was really long but I chugged through to get to the end.

I completed an AMP survey shortly after 11:00 p.m. and it hasn't credited yet.

The SM I completed last night and the one I just did this morning both did not credit. Guess I shouldn't have even bothered with trying again this morning.

As others have said, surveys have been difficult to come by the last 4-5 days and it's very frustrating to get one, complete it only to not get credit for it. Hope the problem gets fixed soon.
