Survey problems or questions etc.

How do you all clean out your cookies? I am still not getting credit for SSI(even when I get to the evaluation page). I never got credited for 4/7, 4/9, 4/10, & 4/12. I have a Dell desk top computer with windows. Before I take a SSI I go to the "tools" at the top of the page & click on "delete browsing history" (there are a list of items that are checked off including Cookies). Am I clearing out my cookies correctly??? As I have said in previous posts, I never had a problem getting credited for SSI & SSI11, but now when I complete them I never get credited! I would appreciate any and all information!!!

I am having the same problem! I have never had issues with SSI before but I have completed several in the last few days with no credit. I haven't changed any settings and I was getting credit before?????

At some point last night or this morning, the SSI I did last night and didn't get credit for miraculously credited! The survey gods have smiled upon me!

I did a daily survey yesterday after the stoplight email. I haven't seen credit for it yet. It has been awhile since I got a ds so I was excited to qualify for one so it is disappointing that it didn't credit.

It looks like they kicked you to a special Canadian router but we DID get credit for it. Let me kick this to SG to see why it didn't credit automatically. It might have to do with the way that they are separating the routers. We'll find a way to make it right, though!!

r surveys taking longer to credit today or is it just me? for some reason this morning my ssi and sm surveys did not credit until the 2nd hour and i finished an amp about 30 minutes ago and it did not credit on the hour. hopefully it will credit on the 2nd hour. if not, that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today. my amp just credited. woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just spent 2 hours trying to get a survey to credit and the first one went to a broken link at the end and the other one said this-

"Thank you for your participation. This survey transaction will be reviewed and verified within 4-6 weeks."

Not good considering my Greenfield DS never credited yesterday either.

Usually surveys are great for me but today is just not my day! I'll be back at it tomorrow to try, try again!

just tried to do a sh and instead of sending me to a survey it took me to sh's home page to sign up. that has never happened b4. tried to take another survey and it re-routed back to sr. oh well, you win some, you lose some. guess i can try again later. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.

just tried to do an amp and after putting in the info about who lives in my hh i got the thank you for trying page so i tried to take another one and i got the this is embarrassing page. went in, deleted the cookies and tried again and got the this is embarrassing page again. guess it thinks i completed a survey (which i didn't as i never got into one). oh well, you win some, you lose some. maybe i will try again later and i'll get one. if not, that's okay too. good luck everyone getting your surveys today.
