    I don't think asking if anyone else is having a problem getting a particular survey is being negative or "less positive".
    I too have wondered why SH sometimes routes right back to SR and other times it lets me proceed and has me go through some classification before it tells me I don't qualify. In my opinion, when SH reroutes to SR, there is some sort of glitch in the system or in the user's browser.
    Oh, and I ALSO work full time, have kids and do this too.

    I don't mean to make waves but I don't see why suddenly everyone became so defensive on this thread. Maybe a tiny little bit of jealously that the person asking the question is able to do what many of us can not?

    I am jealous but I understand where the question is coming from.

    heck, i'm jealous of anyone who gets more than 1 survey a day, because that's usually all i get, lol. i've gotten two already today, and i still need to try for my DS after 7:00pm. GO ME!

    When SH re-routes back to SR, it means that they could not find a survey to match your demographics for you to take...there is no glitch in the survey, this is the way it works and has nothing to do with the survey or the browser. If there is a survey that matches your demographics it will let you take it to the end but you also need to go slow and not rush through it which is what happens sometimes when you suddenly get disqualified in the middle of taking it.

    I'm a stay at home full-time housewife and try for whatever is available to me on a given day, I don't sweat the small stuff if I'm unable to get a survey. I don't think people are being defensive or jealous at all, just fed up with the complaining about not being able to get one. I'm happy for the people that get surveys easily..but I'm also not obsessed with getting them all everyday, just be happy with the ones you get and move on!

    This is exactly my position as well being a SAHM, etc. I have only taken 19 surveys since May 1--no biggie. I am sure I tried more than 19 and did not qualify. Life also got busy this month but I really enjoy SR. It has been an asset when I can make the time.

    Pam you couldnt have said it better it is about the people complaining that do well and those of us that struggle that dont complain

    But exactly WHERE are you reading complaints??
    Someone asked a question and specifically stated in the post that they were NOT complaining but asking if other people were encountering the same situation. I myself have asked the same type of question here before and so far I found everyone to be quite helpful.
    I think the problem is people are reading questions as complaints when it just isn't there.
    I happen to have time to try at different times of the day for surveys and thankfully, I have been doing very well in getting them. I would not want others to get upset with me or call me a complainer if I would just like to have a question answered. Whether or not someone is "doing well" should not mean they can't ask a question without being viewed as something negative or a complaint.

    Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm not feeling jealous or defensive. SR has more opportunities than I have time to take advantage of them, and I am grateful for each opportunity.

    My post was an attempt to help others utilize the tools that SR has put in place for us. The stoplight system is very helpful to me to know which surveys are plentiful and which are not. If there is a red light, I am not going to post to say I haven't got a Samplicious in four weeks. It should be apparent to anyone who looks that Samplicious surveys are hard for many of us to get.

    Surveyhead does not have a screen that says "We're sorry - there are no surveys for you" like SSI, AMP, GF and MV. If the page routes to SR, they have no surveys for you. It is not a glitch.

    My preference (which is just my preference since I am not a moderator) is that this thread be used to post actual technical problems. I would prefer not to sift through pages of "I've only gotten the following five surveys today - how come?" to find out that the survey that I actually had a real problem with was reported three pages ago. But that is just my personal preference because I want to see the actual issues, not read vents of people who don't qualify. If this is supposed to be a vent thread, then fine. It is more helpful to me to see the surveys that are actually technical issues since we all have different demographics and qualify for different things. But it's not all about me!

    I agree this post is for technical problems, not for people that dont qualify for things and then tell what they DID get each day. we all struggle but it is what it is and it should just be true problems not complaints.

    I think the reason it starts to be read as a complaint, even though she specifically defends herself and says she's truly not complaining, is that this question is asked by the same poster on a DAILY basis. So yeah, after a while, I would call it complaining. I wouldn't say I'm jealous, but I do find it annoying that this post is essentially repeated so often from the same person who goes on to say she's *only* gotten five surveys so far today.

    I've said it before and I'll say it again. I don't think getting 8 surveys a day, every day, is the norm even though it may be theoretically possible. Eventually, you just take all the surveys that are available and are stuck drawing blanks until they add more. It happens. A few months ago, a handful of people who regularly got 5+ surveys a day thought there was a serious technical issue when they suddenly didn't qualify for most on a regular basis. Those of us who got 3 or less regularly didn't have any problems. It's all a matter of perspective.

    I'm not trying to get you upset, Jennifers and I don't recall seeing anything that would make me think you're doing an awful lot of complaining! It's wonderful that you're doing so well. There's a world of difference between asking this question occasionally and asking the same one on a daily basis.

    I just completed a DS about cell phones. I got a thank you page but it did not reroute back to SR and no credit. I think this is a tech issue.
