Survey problems or questions etc.

I just got a new laptop and thought I had everything set up to go, but I'm not able to get any surveys. I get in to complete the demographic info, but on the next step where I'm being routed to the survey it just stays on that survey loading page trying to load. It's not frozen. I can see it's trying to load. I've tried a couple of different surveys and am having the same problem so I'm thinking I don't have something set correctly on my laptop. Anyone have any suggestions?

FYI--I was using Windows XP on my old laptop and this one is running Windows 7. Could that be the problem?

UPDATE: I'm thinking it's just a bad night for me for surveys. I've been able to get to some of them, but haven't been able to qualify. Will see what tomorrow brings. However, I'm still open to suggestions if anyone has any words of wisdom.
