Survey problems or questions etc.

totally completed a sm survey about membership rewards for different companies, got the congrats page but for some reason it did not credit on the 1st or 2nd hour which is very unusual for me. is there some sort of delay with sm surveys crediting or should i just try to take another one? oh well, you win some you lose some. guess i can try again later. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.

That has happened to me twice in the last few days with SM. Also happens with SM several times every month.

My SM did not credit on the first or second hour. That's the third one since the 1st of July that did not credit.

just spent 25 minutes on a ds about clothing and accessories (survey was suppose to take 20 minutes) and after completing the whole thing instead of getting the congrats page i got the you don't qualify page. on the bright side i was able to get another ds about laundry and laundry products, totally completed it and got the congrats page.

same survey just got me, marcy that is SO unfair! they got all of the data they needed from us, then kicked us out! in my book, that's cheating.

I tried an AMP just now. First few tries got the thanks for trying. Then I got into a survey and suddenly the thanks for trying showed up. Tried one more time and got back into the survey I had been trying. I was shown the virtual store and that's it, no pretend magazine or videos, although they asked me questions like I had seen them. Anyway, go through the rest, about 20 minutes, then after the last final stastical question, I thought it would go to the thanks, but I got the thanks for trying! So sad I wasted my time.

I did an SSI2 on furniture that went fine, had the proper ending, etc., but didn't credit.

I've put an excessive amount of time into surveying today, but only have two to show for it.

Same thing here! Finished the whole thing....demographics and all....got the "thank you for participating in our survey"...then..."Sorry..." UGH!!!

I was over halfway through an AMP earlier today (the $1.15 one too!) and my internet disconnected...couldn't get back into it.

Even though the survey didn't route to SR, it credited. I have no idea how that happened, but I should have waited to see just in case.

just tried to do a sh and got the following error message:

502 Bad Gateway
The server returned an invalid or incomplete response

Spent 25 minutes on SM. Completed it and it went back to the correct congrats/thank you page. Did not credit on the 1st or 2nd hour.

Today is the 5th day of the month and 4 SM/Y2C surveys that I completed have not credited. No changes to my computer or my browser(s). I've checked my cookie settings and they are fine. I clear cookies properly. I don't rush and did not miss any trick questions.

I pretty much done with wasting my time on these surveys.
