Survey problems or questions etc.

I would say there is definitely an issue on your end if you are missing them that often. Have you run an cleaner lately for adware or other things that could be capturing your cookies? I know it is frustrating when we say that but it is extremely uncommon for people to miss credits that often on one type of survey. That is a survey that is crediting well today and so it isn't an issue on their end. I am sorry I dont have a better answer for you. I would do a major cleaning on my computer and make sure there isn't anything hiding on there.

I had seen posts in the past about people taking SH about greeting cards and they did not get credit. Got it today and figured I would give it a try, maybe they fixed the problem. WRONG! did the survey, got toe end and it never went back to SR, no credit.

SCard-i am truly sorry that u r having problems with surveys not crediting and i can totally relate and empathize with your situation. when i was having problems with surveys last summer i decided to take a break from them so for about 9 days last july i did not do 1 single survey. i needed to just clear my head for a while and relax and not stress about surveys and it really helped me a lot. maybe u should think about taking a short break from surveys for a few days just to unwind and relax and then start back up totally refreshed and unstressed. it helped me maybe it will help u. good luck in getting your surveys today. keep smiling - it will get better - i promise.

I run CCleaner every day. I've cleared cookies using the browser(s) function as well. I also did a complete scan using Malwarebytes on Sunday and again last night; it found no problems. After both scans the problem has continued to occur. SM did credit on Saturday and I am not having any issues with DS/AMP/SSI/SSI2/MV crediting.

Maybe I will try SM/Y2C in a week or so and see what happens then.

When I completed the SSI today I got this new page, it went to Opinion World with a orange and white page that keeps winding with a circle going round and round with no usual comments page on survey. Anyone else getting this today?
It did credit, I guess you do not have to have the completion page,

just totally completed a sh about eating at bread company cafes and when i went to submit it it did not give me the thank you page or re-route back to sr and of course it did not credit. this is the message i got:

Welcome back

Thank you for your participation. This survey transaction will be reviewed and verified within 4-6 weeks.

Try another survey.

oh well, you win some you lose some. guess i can try another survey and maybe that one will work. i just got another sh, totally completed it, got the we know your time is valuable page and it has already credited. woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had trouble for the last week with getting to the end of a survey and it thanking me for my responses and asking how I liked the survey only to click submit and it tell me I did not qualify for the survey. This has only happened on the SurveyHead Surveys. Are any others having this problem?

Completed my first Samplicious since May but ended up on a page for an on line community. Guessing this probably won't credit?

I got my first Samplicious in months and I hope it was the same as yours - it also went to an online community. Hope it credits!
