Survey problems or questions etc.

Just completed SH (one with ads and slider), and it did not credit. Routed back to the SR page normally. Guess today is going to be just as bad as yesterday with surveys not crediting.

I think I got this same survey a little while ago and it DID credit normally. Having said that, I have found SH to be quite fickle lately as far as whether or not it would credit. Seems like they might have something happening on their end.

Just did a SH about vehicles. When I got to the end and hit submit it scrolled for a couple of minutes and then a "proxy error transmitting your answers" came up, whatever that means, but it does mean no credit.

where did all the sh surveys go? for the last 3 days whenever i have tried to do a sh, it starts to route to a survey but then goes to a page that says i don't qualify for the survey (did not even answer any questions). this happens about 4 or 5 times and then it eventually re-routes back to sr which means that there r no surveys available. is this happening to anyone else or am i all alone here?

Newbie here. Quick question, how long does it take for a survey to credit, it seems like they were crediting fairly quickly, until yesterday. I did 3 surveys (to completion) and only one credited. The only one to credit was Greenfield. Nothing yet on the other 2....should I give up thinking they may eventually credit. TIA

Did you remember to clear cookies from yesterday...GF will credit because it tracks with your user ID but the other surveys use cookies and you have to clear them everyday for the survey to credit...if you don't clear, it thinks you took one already today. HTH Also clear between the two SSI surveys but not before the first one credits.

Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't clear them over the weekend and didn't seem to have a problem....everything appeared to credit. I did clear them later in the day on yesterday....probably too late.
I guess I need to clear first thing every AM before doing any surveys, is this what most and between SSI surveys....after credit is received.

Yes, clear first thing in the morning and then again between doing the SSI surveys but wait until the first SSI survey credits before clearing. Surveys typically credit on the first hour but every once in a while it does by the second hour if you finished one close to the top of the hour. You should be good to go now!
