Survey problems or questions etc.

Ever since I joined SR, I have NEVER been able to access amp short or long surveys.

It gives me a scroll down type menu allowing me to start my own profile, then if I scroll down a little more it asks about which country i'm from, then I scroll down more and it asks for my gender with a pull down tab (but no options), and it just keeps on going. I hope this makes sense in what i'm seeing, but I can never get past this screen to even attempt to qualify for the survey.

Does anyone else have issues with the Amp surveys?

I have that issue with the short AMP. Sometimes it also happens with the long AMP, but I find if close out and go back in (or particularly if I am routed to AMP surveys through another company and close out), I can sometimes get it to load properly. It is an error with the intro page loading. I don't think we are supposed to be getting all of those questions on the first page. I think they are supposed to be one at a time. I have cleared cookies and still can't get it to load properly.

I usually don't even try AMP because of this, but I will occasionally get routed properly for the long AMP. I don't think it has ever routed properly for me for the short AMP.

just totally completed a sm survey on visa's and travelling abroad and instead of getting the congrats page i got the following message on a plain white page:

Your answers have been received and this survey is now completed.

We appreciate you taking the time out of your busy day to share your thoughts and opinions with us. Your input today will directly impact future products and services that everyone will enjoy.

guess i can try for another one. just tried to take another sm survey and now they have no more options or new surveys available. maybe i'll get lucky and this 1 will credit. keeping my fingers crossed. it did not credit. oh well, u win some, u lose some. maybe i will try again later.

DH got this as a DS, completed it and also got the same white page.

i just completed a DS, then got a plain white page that told me i didn't qualify...after i spent an hour slow-poking my way through it! 2nd time in 2 days i've been cheated out of my DS!

iluvamystery-i think today is the day for generic white pages for surveys. i got a generic white thank you page on a sm survey i did earlier and it never credited. i can totally feel your pain and can relate to how u r feeling. so sorry u r having problems with your ds. keep smiling - it will get better - i promise. good luck getting your surveys today.

just tried to do an amp and nothing would load so i hit refresh and a page came up saying that i had already reached my limit for this survey for the day. i find that kind of weird as i haven't done one since yesterday morning. went in deleted the cookies and tried again and now i get the this is embarrassing page. oh well, u win some, u lose some. guess i can try again later. if i get 1 that would be great if not, that's ok too as tomorrow is another day to try again. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.
