Just did a Myview survey for coffee baked goods and it did not return back to the standard Myview congrats page. So I doubt that it will credit. Just thought I would let everyone know. Thanks!

Hi. I have been a member since the end of July and have enjoyed being a member. However, I have never had an SSI survey credit for me, even though I get all the way to the end where it says your answers were submitted successfully. All of the other surveys credit for me if I am able to complete them. I do clear cookies every day, and have even cleared them again just before taking an SSI survey. Anybody have any suggestions as to why this happens? I assume there must be something I'm doing wrong. Thanks

Are you getting to the page with the stars where you rate the survey? I usually leave the following page up for a while, but I am not sure it makes any difference.

I'm not sure why it wouldn't credit if the others do, especially if you are getting past the star page. I hope someone else has an answer for you!

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have gotten the star page, rated the survey, and gotten the final page. That's why it seems so odd that it never credits.

Are you doing other surveys and getting credits okay? Also, are you doing the SSI1 or the SSI2?

I have always gotten credit for all of the other surveys, as long as I complete them successfully. I've never gotten credit for either SSI 1 or 2, even though I have completed them. I have tried both of them several times, and do clear cookies. It does seem very strange.

Are you just clearing cookies between them? Or are you using Ccleaner? Ccleaner goes deeper than just clearing cookies.

so you've gotten to the star page-rated it-clicked on "complete survey" (or whatever the button says)-and gone to another page that says "your answers have been received and go a long way to.....". Have you tried leaving that page up-walking away from the computer? Once in awhile I've had ssi's take up to 2 hours to credit but not usually. Maybe you're clearing too quickly.

What other surveys are you getting credit for? It's really strange that you wouldn't get credit for any of the ssi's.

Just took an SSI on mobile phones. Said it had one last question...at the end it asked me if I wanted to join their panel which would require me to download something onto my phone. I said no and then it said I didn't qualify for the survey Really wish they would ask that kind of stuff at the beginning if it's required for credit.

I had this happen to me a while back, I use Firefox when I examined the cookies that should be there for this survey somehow in FF I was missing a couple of them, I made sure I added them into FF and from then on I have not had a credit issue. I tried the survey in Chrome to get the cookies that I needed to make sure they were added in FF. What browser are you using, check those cookies.
