this happened to me yesterday morning with the DS. i think GF should know their site isn't working properly.

just tried the DS again. it's been almost 2 hours...still having technical difficulties.

I have been having the same issue with GF, I took on e yesterday morning around 10 and it was fine, I see the light on both GF and 2cents are yellow. Someone has to have gotten in and completed one at least in each. Who has completed any of these today and what time of day? Trish can you chime in on this and tell us what you are seeing for credits. Thanks for any help. I was thinking it this was a major issue we would have lots of posts here about it.

I completed the DS between 6:30-7AM. SM around 7:45AM. For whatever reason I did not have any of the issues that I have seen others have been experiencing since last night; I was kind of surprised. If it makes any difference I use Firefox.

Thanks Scard, I keep thinking they are loading new surveys. I looked for issues and I see posts on rewards boards that people have been having trouble since yesterday starting mid morning. I completed DS yesterday at 10:30am. My ? would be how it can be okay for a short period of time then start again, unless they are having servers issues again. Waiting to see if Trish has an ideas or knows anything.

I just got into and completed my DS and it routed normally. Haven't tried SM yet. I also use Firefox but don't know if that would make any difference.

I agree I finally was able to get in and complete one. What I noticed is there were new surveys. I had said I thought they may be loading new surveys, It obvious to me that they did that. At least for me it has been a struggle for the last couple of months. Mine did credit so I am thinking yours did to.
