Surveys not crediting question

Did SSI this morning about a panel for a cable TV channel. Said it would be 4 minutes, it was 15 and at the end end to the channel's panel page and not to SSI star page.

I noticed you're a newer poster....do you clear cookies each day? That might be part of it.

Also, a green light doesn't guarantee there is a survey for you. It's more an indication of how it has been crediting for others the past 6 hours or so. It's a good indication of where you might want to focus your time though!

Completed SH about mortgage companies. at the very end when it asked me how enjoyable the survey was it just "spun" for maybe 1-2 minutes and then went to:

Survey Timed Out
It looks like your survey has timed out. Usually this occurs when there is no activity in your session for 10 minutes or more. Please wait 15 minutes before trying to start again.

no it way it was 10 minutes, somewhere between 1-2 minutes tops.

I had that happen last week on a SH, but I don't think it was about mortgage companies. It was one of those surveys that opens a second window, and when I completed the survey, the second window closed and the first window said I had timed out.

Timed out doesn't necessarily mean you did the survey to slow, it can also mean it was done to fast. I had that happen to me last week too.
