Surveys not crediting question

DD completed an SSI2 on eyewear that did not credit. Site did not allow me to file a trouble ticket. The URL is : http://surveyrouter.luckysurveys.com/surveys/get_survey

She received this message after she completed the survey:

SSI ran out of surveys for the month a couple of days ago. Tricia posted:

I did notice that SSI was green this morning before I left for work, completed one and got that same message your DD did. It did not credit on the 1st or 2nd hour and I thought that's what I get for trying SSIs when they have shut down for the month. Stangely I checked my account a while ago and SSI2 did credit, was 3-4 hours later. I could not get anything for SSI except the Global sign up page.

I didn't we could do a TT for surveys not crediting.

I decided to be a guinea pig. I tried SSi2 after seeing it was yellow. Initial pages were the traditional SSi pages. Router was "lucky pacific" I think. Survey was on cruises. Got the same message that both SCard and Kayjo received. We'll see if it credits. It was a shorter one-11 minutes.

I also did SSi2, had it completed, saw the survey complete message, then it went to that sorry no survey today page, still no credit, I finished it at 2:30, will update.

very strange,it's green again this morning and it has been since 6AM. Someone has been getting them overnight I guess. both were green early yesterday.

Well, this is one for the books...I took that SSi2 yesterday between 12:30-1pm mountain time. At 6:30pm no credit.

But...it's there-with today's date-when I signed on this morning. I didn't use Ccleaner when I closed last night just on the off chance it might credit.

So, I can't try SSi2 today, right?

Anyway...happy...but shaking my head nonetheless.....

Glad you got the credit, even if it did take a long time. I wonder if the green light today was for your credit overnight?

I've tried DS/MTC/MV/RFG/Global/Samp/SH - nothing. did get Live. Hoping things might be better after work but it being the end of the month not expecting much.
