I did this one the other day if it's the Grocery one???? I had to open the survey on my smartphone to take it through there. Then I answered a few questions ( like regular survey kinds ) and then they asked me to go to a particular store that is close by to me and open the survey back up within 2 days and complete it from the store. I had to take a few pictures of things in the store on my phone through the survey and answer a few questions about them. I didn't have to download any apps or give them my cell phone number or anything . And uploading the pictures was super easy. Just had to click on the button in the survey, take the pic. and it uploaded it instantly to the survey. And I did get credit for it, so it worked I did get asked no less than 4 times if I needed any help from employees there, haha! Who knows what they were thinking of me taking pictures of some of their aisles and products :P

When I took the survey, I had opened SR on my google app, so to "suspend" the survey while I went to the store, I just kept it open in my google app and made sure not to use google until I completed the survey... Not sure if that helps or if it's the same one you're talking about...
