I got this same survey today, with commercials from J.C.Penney, Lexus, Infiniti, Lincoln and Volvo. I can't remember what the other brands were. However, I tentatively did it remembering the warnings, but I went to the end and got the SR Congratulations page. My fingers and toes are crossed that I will get credit tomorrow!
