I'm sorry if this is rude. I'm not judging, I'm just asking!
Does Disney intend for people to share and do this? I'm sure they don't, but I did go back and read their terms, etc and I didn't see any specifics that actually make it fraud according to their terms.

I feel similar to eaglesdare too. I think that they have overinflated the costs of this so much (and I spend so much to be there and while there anyways) that I don't feel any guilt.

It probably is about time to pay just so that everyone doesn't get busy. I'll run a CD over to the post office one day this week and get an estimate on what it will cost to ship it and then send out a final amount so everyone can start sending it. I have plenty of blank CDs and CD sleeves so I'm not going to add anything to the photopass cost except the shipping. I know I'm getting super busy too so it will be nice to have it checked off the list.

I've got the account already created - of course there is nothing there, but it is created so that won't be a problem. I'll go in and change my password this week too (right now it's my normal one so I need to make it something else) and then send that out as payment is received (if that works for everyone).

I just went back and calculated days:

If you (Hedy, since she's our first arrival) input your photopass numbers on the day of arrival we have until January 7 to order (which gives us plenty of time as I get back on the 30th). If no numbers are put in until eaglesdare gets home on the 13th (our first person to be back home), then we have until January 12th. So we should be good to go on dates. The way it works is you have 30 days from the day a picture is taken to claim in online and then you have 30 days from when you claim them to place the order.

    QUESTION FOR THE GROUP:

Would you rather this be sent parcel post or priority?

I'm not sure of the parcel post rate, but I went and played around on the usps website and it looks like priority would be $4.60.

These are estimates (I weighed a CD and an envelope and went to USPS.com and looked up rates):
Media Mail (I think this qualifies right) - SLOW - $1.80
    First Class Mail - $2.25

**I'll get a more official estimate from post office next time I'm there during their hours.

That just means we have 2 more days at the end.

I vote for priority shipping! We are already getting such a great deal on the CD, what's a couple more dollars to get here faster? I am sure by the time the CD comes in we will be anxious and ready for it to arrive. Mom2aprincess, THANK YOU so much for organizing this!

Yes you can ship media mail!

btw i just wanted to let those know who are doing the cd that editing can be very time consuming to add borders and things... I got 239 photos during my trip and am still editing them and have about 90 left to edit and my photo count is about 2100 so far.......

That's what I'd want to do too if it was me waiting, but wanted to make sure everyone agreed before I added that into the cost. I'll try to get to the post office tomorrow for a final/official estimate. If not, I'll definitly be able to go on Friday.

I'm confused. You had 239 pictures taken while you were at Disney, then while you were editing, you increased that 239 picture count number to 2,100? Wow, that's a lot!

Yes - go with priority shipping cost!!! WEEE!!!!!!
