Having never used Hotels.com before I was a little bit nervous, butI quickly found out that the site was very easy to use and my cash back from Sunshine Rewards was in my account a week after I had stayed at the hotel. Will definitely use on my next trip.

I have been able to find good rates on hotels.com but sometimes I can find better rates elsewhere. They usually have a no fees cancellation policy. Hotels.com has a habit of dodging sunshine rewards credits. I need to cut a ticket for roughly half of the bookings that I make. Otherwise, the website itself is great for booking trips.
