The free McDonald’s Coffee offer that you have probably heard about everywhere is coming to an end this weekend. The deal is that you can get a free small McCafe coffee during breakfast hours. However, I was behind a lady in the drive-thru yesterday at around noon (I was getting a salad) and she ordered TWO of them and got them both for free. So I have a feeling that they are pretty lenient about the timing.

I’m not a coffee drinker, so I have no clue if it is worth it even for free. But it is definitely an indication that McDonald’s is working hard to try to keep its share of the breakfast market in light of companies like Taco Bell and Starbucks stepping up their breakfast options.
