Hungry Girl Book Review by Sunshine Rewards

Let me say from the start that I am a fan of Hungry Girl. As a Weight Watcher, I find her website and newsletters to be incredibly valuable. Thus, I went into the book with high hopes–and it did not disappoint!

The video below is a full review of Hungry Girl: Recipes and Survival Strategies for Guilt-Free Eating in the Real World, by Lisa Lillien. It is part cookbook and part inspiration. For those of us who struggle to maintain a “normal” life of eating at restaurants and entertaining friends, it has great practical tips. The tone of the book is light and fun. I literally started reading it from cover to cover, despite the fact that it is cookbook.

You can pick it up just about any place that sells books. Depending on how quickly you want it, you might want to try Amazon, Borders, Barnes and Noble, or AbeBooks.com.
