I sometimes get credit for these (white page / black text), plus I think I remember Cindy saying if we get any sort of Thanks you completed the survey successfully, we should just stick with it so as not to jeopardize anything with Greenfield.

I didn't try for another, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I'm at 25 for the month, if I do get it that will be my 26, then I can not fret Mon/Tues!

I really wish they'd go back to the You've succeeded you daily limit page. At least even if you got the white/black thank you and no SR, you at least knew it went through b/c of the denial to take another.

But it is their game, and free money for us. I haven't been able to get one at all today, argh. End o' the month slim pickins'. :)

so far this morning i have been booted out of 3 surveys (if i have children - which i do, outdoor activities and an otx). now the only 3 options left for me i don't fit at all (i am a student (x2) and i work in the real estate sector which i don't) so when i check none of the above i get sorry there are no new surveys available - try again tomorrow. it's still early so hopefully gf will add some surveys as the day goes on. one happy note, i did get my otx for the day. have a wonderful monday everybody and keep on smiling.:sunshine:

I just got the easiest survey ever!!!! Woo Hoo !!! It asked if I had bought pizza in the past three days - where from - what size - extra cheese - was I satisfied with the pizza - was I satisified with the amount of cheese. and then classification questions!!!

And I got the thank you page !!!! I love surveys like that!!

I just clicked Submit to get a survey, and it took me to a page saying the survey was closed. No big deal, so I clicked OK to go back to SR and try again. It took me to the Congratulations page, although I didn't do anything! :computer: So do I try for another survey, knowing I didn't do one, or do I not try again since I got the congrats page? I'm thinking I need to leave it for today and hope it credits? I don't want to get a double credit, but I really want to make the big bonus this month. Any thoughts, please?

I think Tricia mentioned before that if this happens at the end of the survey it may be because you went too fast through the survey. Sometimes it's really hard for me to go slowly as I'm a fast reader, but I have learned to do it. Just a thought. Good luck getting another survey!

I took 2 different diet surveys recently. One was about diets in general, with this slider bar thing to give your answer. No credit (only got white page congrats).

The other was on a popular diet program w/ prepackaged meals. This one did credit ok (got SR page congrats.)

I did take that survey from start to finish and I think what was so sensitive was what they are going to be naming these chips....one of the questions was, if I liked the name and I told them NO, this would not be something you would want to find on your grocery shelves with little kids wanting to know what the initials meant!! :rotfl:

I didn't get the congrats page for a survey I took over the weekend - so I took another survey. Only one credited.

Tricia has said that's it's okay to have two surveys credit for one day but only rarely. It's not something we are supposed to do. According to Greenfield, you should still get credit even if you don't get the SR congrats page. I didn't want to chance it since it was the end of the month - so I took another survey. HTH.

Same thing happened to me this morning but it was about a cooking spray, I answered one question and it went straight to the congrats page...I'm skeptical too but don't want to risk trying for another and getting 2 credits, I'm waiting to see tomorrow if it credits.

I haven't gotten stuck in a late rotation since Greenfield took the exceeded page (or what was essentially an exceed page) out a few months ago.

Sundays are harder in general because I don't think they load new surveys on the weekend. I got one yesterday with no problem, but I had a bad day Friday and didn't feel like fighting surveys, so I let myself get kicked out of two and I was done for the day. I'm still trying today

1. I've found that GF loads "some" newer survey's before a weekend. I usually have few options on Thurs/Fri morning but a ton on Sat, and a handful on Sunday.

2. Also what I've seen is they tend to upload the "bulk" of the survey's more towards mid month then beginning of the month.

3. I have found if you take a survey after 8pm EST your stuck on the late rotation. I will skip a day instead of getting stuck on a late rotation.

Again these are just my observations. I have managed a survey everyday the last few months. Good demographics? who knows.

I've gotten my DS for today but DH is having a hard time getting a SM survey today.

this is actually the first time in a long time that i have not been able to get a ds or not have any options to choose from. i have had no problems the last 4 days so why today (sunday is a bad day for surveys or what?)? just tried again and still no options. oh well, guess i'll keep trying a little longer today and if i get one i get one, if not i can always try again tomorrow. the bad part is that if i can't get a ds i can't do a sm and i had so many problems with otx yesterday that i wasn't planning on doing one today - so effectively i will have no surveys for today unless my luck turns around. someone say a little prayer for me or something and maybe gf will add some new surveys.:sunshine:

I've had really good luck the last couple of months getting the high bonus. :thanks: It looks like this month I most likely won't make it - but I won't spend my entire day trying to qualify for one either so I will be happy with any bonus. I'm sure things will perk up before long. I've noticed that once in a while having a couple of days of not qualifying help to regenerate the survey pool.

I keep getting a survey that wants you to install something on your computer that you can't remove for 6 months and then it appears you have to call them and get instructions on how to remove it. I am just not comfortable installing something that appears to track your internet use and report it somewhere else.

I took me 4 tries to get rid of that survey. I checked and it downloaded onto my computer. I went in and deleted it.

Oh my Gosh, DH would kill me because I did download it!

I went to the my computer, then control panel, then add/remove programs and removed clicksite.

I am so happy I did before DH found out what I did. He is in IT and I use his home computer. I guess I need to go downstairs and only use mine. His has the best programs for spyware and it automatically cleans itself. Good luck and let me know if you need help removing.

I've managed to get a ds every day, but it has been a struggle. I'm wondering if there are fewer surveys b/c fewer companies are sponsoring research right now. I'm betting they're not spending as much on research due to the economy. That and they're probably holding off on new product releases until things get better, so no need to survey how people will react.

I just got off the phone with GF and expressed some of our concerns on surveys and wanted to give you guys a little heads up.
First, if you come across a survey that asks you to download, that is not prohibited by GF, so report the URL either to us or on the page you can report it on yourself.
Second, a lot more surveys have been loaded as of today and for the rest of the quarter, so you should be seeing more. Do not give up. If you don't get a survey, keep trying. The avg person tries up to 8 times. You will get one.
If you have a survey freeze up, report the URL, that way we will know if its the survey problem. She said they do often get complaints about peoples computers freezing up.
Last, if you get a congrats page from SR or from the host of the survey, you should get credit, if you don't get the congrats page, you can take another.

Yes, do not ever download anything, its against their policy and should be reported.

The user account I use mainly on my computer has administrator privileges
turned off, so I can't do these download surveys anyway - unless I would happen to be using my admin side for some reason. ANyway, having admin privileges off makes it safer to surf the web - and I just figure I don't really want to do a survey that wants me to download something anyway. I agree. Thanks from the survey company mean very little. I mean, they are always telling us to click here and there to be "rewarded", even when they know darn well there will be no reward b/c we didn't finish the survey. Crazy!



About reporting things...I was reporting stuff to GF, but recently when I tried they REFUSED to help, even with the URL of the survey, b/c I didn't have the "survey ID". They said that when you get your "invitation" to the survey you're given the ID. I opted to not continue the conversation with the person, and I didn't mention that I was taking it through SR and wasn't starting from GF's homepage.

So I'm not sure about reporting surveys to them, when they might be refusing to "hear" us b/c we don't have a survey ID.

I do wish I had held onto the URL for the download survey, b/c I was offered it twice today!


And despite trying between 10 and 15 surveys today, I've gotten a big ol' nothing.

So if you get a surevy about things you like with flashing pictures of stars, politicians, company logos...it may be fun but you possibly will not get credit....so beware....or you will be as grumpy as me....

I did download the software from yesterday and then used my control panel to remove it. Unfortunately it still was installed and slowed my internet down to crawl.

I had no choice but to tell DH when he got home. He is in IT and I am so lucky. After about a half hour and a bunch of resets he now has it off the computer. I will never download again!

MB, glad your DH got the problem fixed! Yeah, it's safer not to do these download things - I learned my lesson a couple years ago, too, when I downloaded some toolbar that caused trouble. DH had to fix things then, too - and I have been much more cautious now!

freaking out just a bit, i GOT CREDIT FOR TODAY AND IT WAS DOUBLE. I took one last night and I was filling a page I was hoping was near the end when my silly cat jumped my computer mouse and closed the window...I was livid, as I had not completed it and knew I would not get credit as it was incomplete, well right before I went to bed I checked to see if it would let me do one as I did not get a congrats page, and it did. That one was a rather boring one, but only about 12 minutes and then I got the completion page.....well apparently they both counted, how I do not know as I can barely get the ones I get the "you've completed" to post to get credit for one that did not. I did not want anyone to think I was double dipping, maybe OTX sent Greenfield my name...since they denied mine the day before..>LOL

Just took a really interesting one on sweeteners. I hope they come out with the product.

The survey itself was really cool too, a new format. It had some bubble guy on top type/speaking the questions. On the bottom for answers you could either pick from a list or type your own.

At the very last screen it thanks you, but there is a button "Click here to return to your survey panel." You have to click that, then the SR congrats will open in a new window.

I hope they offer more like this, it was fun!

I don't know if it actually helps or not, but I figure it can't hurt. Lately, I've been leaving the congrats page open for a while. I had two surveys not credit last month. I have no clue why, but this seems to help me.

mine posted also sometime after 12:30. have you changed anything on your computer lately that might be causing the surveys to not credit? are you doing otx surveys and are they crediting for you. you may want to check your privacy and your cookie settings on your computer just to make sure they are set correctly. i am so sorry that you are having so many survey crediting issues lately and i do hope it gets better for you. try and have a good day.:sunshine:

I got the SR congrats page for all 3 surveys that didn't credit so far this month. This has been going on for a few months, I usually have between 5 and 6 that don't credit even after getting the SR congrats page. :computer:
My computer is set to accept all cookies and I usually run CCleaner at least once a day. I usually have no problems getting OTX and SM surveys to credit. There's no rhyme or reason why they don't credit. I've had the same problems doing them at work and at home. I don't even bother trying for the high bonus anymore, I've only made it once since May.

Oh well, hopefully I'll get credit today. If not I'll just keep plugging along.

Well, I'm in the same boat with you today. I had a really fun one last night about "and onto another topic". They asked me about various cool toys (I was so excited over some of the retro answers), something about this one ad campaign, and some other stuff I don't remember. I did get the congrats page, so hopefully it will just show up late -- but this happened to me twice last month too.

i think i got that one this morning. it asked you to compare different brands of bottled coffees and which ones you have had in the past months and it went on and on and on. i did get the congrats page also but now you have me worried that it won't credit on monday. do you think i should take another one just to be on the safe side? any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :thanks:

On a different note in the bottled coffee survey, I did notice a product I'd done a survey about a few months back. It was kind of cool to see that apparently it came out! I'll have to check for it later at Walmart.
