I got a great one about donating. I love it when I get a survey about a topic I care about, or something I want to give my opinion about.

The other day I got one on frozen foods...even after I told them we don't eat frozen meals. It let me complete it... but I didn't feel like my opinion was worth much since we don't use that product, and probably never will. oh well I got credit.

Maybe lost survey credits is what showed up in my account. I was missing 2 from October and got 2 credits yesterday and 2 today even though I only completed one Daily Survey each day.

Ugh!!! I don't know what is up with surveys lately. My first attempt at a survey was a survey about multiple brands. I was about 20 minutes into the survey when it kicked me out!:computer:

After a few more tries, I finally got a survey about travel that took almost a half hour...It did take me to the SR page. :)

I hate those phoenix car ones. I can't always see all the ads, but I can see some, so I never know if I'm going to see all they want me to see. Turns out they wanted me to see at least 3 this time, but I only saw two, so I spent all that time for nothing. I do not know why I can't see them all but can see some!

molly - i am sorry you are having so many problems with your ds today. were you able to finish the phoenix one and if not are you able to get another survey? dislike phoenix surveys as they take forever to load and the just go on and on and on and are usually quite boring. will keep my fingers and toes crossed for you that you get your ds for the day. it will get better - i just know it.:sunshine:

Anyone else get extra credits today? I'm going to "assume" that the extra ones (2) I received today were from ones that I reported in the past. It was a shock and surprise to see them post today. Like others have said I hope that's what it's for, I know I only took one each day, I don't want to make GF mad! This is the first time it happened to me in a while, I didn't get extra's like others did last month so it was a shock to see.

Actually, I got 2 credits instead of the 3 I expected. Perhaps it will pop up later as an "extra." I got two credits last week for a survey I did on Halloween. I was rushed, so I barely had time to do one survey let alone two. I think the 2nd credit was just for something I had done in the past that didn't credit right away. I, too, report every survey that doesn't take me to the Sunshine Congrats page. Perhaps they investigate and give credit where it is due.

Spring - that sounds like the one I got yesterday that credited as a behavior study. Did you get a behavior credit?

I just checked and I received a behavioral study credit for yesterday. I don't understand how I got credit for something that I never done. I did not get credit for my daily survey yesterday. Is that suppose to be my daily survey credit? I want my .80 - you can have the .25 cents back!

And are you sure that the program you use to clear cookies has cleared ALL cookies? Some programs with some browsers don't clear all the cookies like they should.

I clear every morning and usually get an OTX 5-6 out of 7 days a week. Something is up with your settings if you can't get in.

I thought I would mention to you, that if you download ccleaner, and run it several times a day, or after you do a survey, you will not have those issues. It works cleans files, does clear browsing history, but that really makes no difference. It really does the trick for me. You will save yourself from being frustrated. I use mine several times a day. It also cleans all those temporary files that slow down your computer. Hope this helps you.

Yes BUT have you not had any window updates or virus updates in two years? When windows updated on my it was a bigger update and it changed ALL of my settings. It was something I didn't even realize until I placed a few orders and all of a sudden nothing was pending. Once I figured out why, I realized that there was an update to my browser and my platform. So now anytime any of those get updated including my virus scan I always check my settings. The one Windows did was a doozy and it took me a while to get it figured out. Just bc YOU haven't changed anything doesn't mean a program didn't.

I can't understand why it woudl tell you, that you already took one when you haven't in over a week. I never have that problem unless it's within a 24 hr window. Over a year and if I can qualify they let me in, within my time period. Somethind HAS changed on your pc, whether you changed it or not. I would look at your settings, your virus settings etc.

Yes that was me and I still feel that's the case. This week has been slim pickings on getting a survey more so then the beginning of this month or the end of last month. I think mid-month is when they run out and load new ones or the bulk of them anyway. Usually I get one in the first few tries the last few days it's taken several attempts before I can get one and qualify for it.

That appliance one was sneaky. Even though I'd read about it, I was halfway into it before I realized it was about appliances. And I'm in no hurry today (famous last words?) so I decided to try it, see if they'd fixed it.

Got through the "what will you consider buying in the future" page, only to suddenly come across the following page:

I went through the demographics and all. I believe it was a submit your answers button that caused me my error.

Dh had the same survey this morning and the same exact thing happened to him - an error page when he tried to submit the survey. He's had a lot of problems with the surveys lately and it is getting harder and harder for me to convince him to do them. He's really not thrilled to be part of the surveys to begin with and when GF starts acting wacky it doesn't help my case!:rotfl: He did take another one since it didn't seem to go through.

The 2 company one never finished for me, so I moved on. Just got a looooooong one, that I completed and got the SR congrats page for, about financial companies/banks.

I tell ya, it wasn't quite fair...the first part wasn't horribly long, then I got to 73% done and it showed commercials. Each commercial and 5 pages of questions only counted for ONE more percent! :eek:

But it finished properly so that's good. :)

Guess it's my day to not even have any boxes to check. It has been a very long time since that has happened and I'm not complaining as I've gotten a DS every day so far in November. I find sometimes that GF adds new surveys around 8 p.m. and I still have time, so I'll keep trying.

i got credit for 2 surveys on the 23rd. I know (because I checked this thread) and that was the same day that I took the movie survey that did not take me back to SR and I tried to get in another one because I did not think it would credit and it let me. It always used to be that it would say surveys exceeded (something like that) I know there are others with multiple credits for this weekend too. Are they being revoked? I don't want to be locked out of surveys. Hopefully Tricia sees this.

I just completed one on a specific medical condition where they asked my opionion about medications used to treat it. It was rather long. I finished it and got all the way through it and then it sat on the DONE page and went no where. I guess I'm off to try another one. :computer:

I agree..........the surveys are taking FOREVER to load AND end. I just click on them and go to another window while waiting for it to load. Once it all loads, the survey goes at a fairly normal pace. However, at the end, you need to wait and wait and wait for the Congrats screen. It takes a lot of patience. I do hope GF fixes it soon.

DH have tried on and off since 1pm today till now and not a single one would load. Everytime He would get the page not available after he hit start survey and at times it just would never load at all then he would try refresh and nothing and then he would back up and try again and nothing. :(

I find that it's slow getting through the demo's but once your in a survey it's fine until the end when you wait for the "congrats" page. It's slow again but it'll eventually go through.
