I did a Live Sample survey that didn't credit on the second hour. Did a SSI this morning that did credit, no idea why this one didn't. Hate it when that happens, surveys are hard enough to get, it's a bummer when we don't get the credit. :(

The only surveys that I could get today where the SSI and SSI2 and both credited fine. No explanation as to why others are not crediting.

I agree. DD completed an SSI last night on cell phone providers that did not credit. A couple of nights ago, DH completed two SSIs that did not credit. I just tried to access SSI now and was routed to a page that said "Gateway has timed out".

I'm seeing credits coming through okay for SSI. Just checked and we have had 6 completions already this morning and had a lot for yesterday. Are some of your computers maybe blocking the pixels on the completion page from firing?? Or are you maybe closing the completion pages too quickly? I can't figure out why they wouldn't be crediting for some of you but are for others.

I have also just got the new windows 8, its is hard to get used to. I completed both today, sometimes I use FF most times I go with Chrome. It just seems to me it works better for me. I had SS1 not credit this morning, on hotels, just cleaned my computer and tried again, nor sure which browser I did 1st today, had to leave early to go to the Dr. What I do know I just use FF the way it comes, no changing any setting in that or chrome. I just always use the cleaner, clear cookies in whatever browser I am working in. I clean it after every survey I complete, and which between Ff and Chrome, so I do not hold myself up. I stay away from IE, it is hard to figure out it is running IE 10 in windows 8. I think it is the survey at times and I do think it now times the surveys, for the time stated at the beginning. I really think its the time, the last couple I did that did not credit were less time than stated. Its just my feeling, not sure.

I do not think you need to wear your brain out and overthink FF, switch to Chrome ans clean your computer let us know how that goes.

I had both SSI and SSI2 credit for me today. I use FF and I have First Party cookies with Accept checked off. Third Party Cookies with Accept checked off. Make sure you don't have cookies blocked. Can't think of anything else.

It's definitely hard to get used to! It took me forever to figure out how to turn off the laptop! And of course, as soon as I bought the new computer, my desktop started behaving again!

I normally don't have problems with any survey creditting. SSI is pretty reliable. But since Sunday, I've tried four times and not gotten credit. Tonight, I tried taking one on the laptop vs the desktop and it creditted! Of course, this means I need to install CCleaner on there now (wasn't really anything to clear yet!), but I'm thrilled to have found a way to get credit again.

As I posted yesterday, I am one of those members who all of a sudden can't get credit for SSI. Today I changed browsers (from Chrome to Firefox) and just took an SSI which credited immediately. Not sure why or what is going on; just thought I'd share in case it might help someone else.

I have always used FF, it just works better for my than IE. Wonder if a change of browsers might be worth a try for those who are having trouble.

I did a my view on bldg blocks sets, and it credited in 10 minutes. I guess yu had the bad luck of a bad survey from them. I am very skeptical of taking PBS through my view, they do not credit for me. I would like to try a live, but not sire if I trust it to credit for not. We have not had any posting about Live from Trish.

I don't have luck with PSB, most of the time as soon as I enter my state I get redirected; probably 8 times this week with MV.

Disappointed that Live is gone as an option, I do well with them. I have tried 3 this week (yesterday was last one). I don't know how we will ever know if the issue is fixed. It was a survey that was green alot, so some people were getting them alot. But I am not willing to try anymore to see if it's working. :confused:

Something seems to be up with SSI.

I did a whole survey on a resturant Crackle Barrel and the end it asked me a few personal questions and then it said, "sorry, you are not in our demographic area and you will not receive credit. Why didn't they ask me that question before I started.

I am not having the same problems with SSI that you are all having. They are crediting for me. I just did the tea survey and it did credit. I did the restaurant survey last night and that credited.

On the other hand, I have taken and completed 2 Global surveys in the last couple of days that have not credited for me and they were both very time consuming and went to the completion page.

There is definitely something wrong with Live; it has been red non-stop since last Monday at around this time. One full week with no credits.

Nothing from Tricia as to whether or not they are no longer participating in SR. I have been a member for almost 3 years and have never seen one survey company be "down" for this long.

I have friends that are members of other reward sites, so I asked about Live there, they said Live is crediting where they do surveys. It has to be a issue here. We have not heard anything from Trish, hopefully someone will read these post and look into site issues with Live.

I think it's a handful of people that have a problem with SSI. The thing is, the problem has been a rather extended one, lasting for more than a week now for some of us. I got one total in the last week and had to use a different computer for that. When I tried again the next day, it didn't credit. I can't figure out what my problem is.....I wish I could!

I'm totally perplexed. Let me run some reports and see if maybe they accidentally dropped our pixel? If that is the case, we might be able to get all of the credits back through the reports.

A very pleasant surprise this morning when I logged in and there were all the credits for the Lives I completed last week! I completed one this morning but it has not credited. Nice to have Live as an option again. :)

We will probably have to keep manually crediting for a few more days. We asked them for help and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with our account. We think it's just an authorization issue that they need to escalate to their tech support. Hopefully it will be by the end of the week!

I took a My View this morning that was actually a Global and it didn't credit. (Since I have limited time today and knew I wouldn't have a chance to try a Global directly, I went ahead and took it.) But alas, no credit. I haven't taken a Global since 12/13 and that one credited normally. And since today's survey went through MV, I am not sure if it is a MV issue or Global issue.

I have finished 4 surveys in the last 2 days for SSI and none of them have credited. I have tried IE as well as Firefox and neither worked. I have cleaned my cookies and that has not worked. I'm sorry.....I had the same problem all last week. The only day I got one to credit was the first day I did one on my new laptop. I think it seems to be more of an individual issue than an across the board one. While yes, there have been many reports of not receiving credits, the light is still green. Someone is getting them to credit and for the light to be green, it has to be more than they are not crediting for.

My advice would be to give SSI and SSI 2 a rest for a few days and then try again. See if a few days off helps. I don't know if that did it for me or not, but I'm getting credits again.

You make a good point. A few weeks ago, just before the crediting problems started, I couldn't qualify for an SSI. Every time I logged into either one it told me that there were no surveys available (even though the lights were constantly green), so I went many days without getting any SSIs. Now everyone is having problems and I'm not. Maybe a break from them is what's needed to be able to get them working again.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to why they sometimes don't credit that I can figure out. It does seem that occasionally there is one that doesn't credit, despite clearing cookies, taking my time & seemingly doing everything correctly on my end. It's definitely frustrating, but I can honestly say that over the three years that I have been a member of SR, by far more have credited than have not. At least we have this forum to share insights and what is working or not working for us. :)

Live isn't crediting automatically yet, Tricia has been doing batches manually. Takes a few days but I have gotten credit for every Live I have completed since the crediting problem started.

I think I'm finally going to give up on SSI. I took one early this morning, completed it, but it did not credit. Took another one later in the evening, completed it and it still has not credited after waiting three hours. For New Year's, I promised my family that I would cut back on the surveys especially since there are so many that do not credit.

Live doesn't credit until around 9 min past the hour. Global,Live, often do not credit until the 2nd hour. Even DS has credited on the 2nd hour a few times recently as well as SSIs.

Make sure you clean out your cache and history every day. Global and Live Sample are real sticklers about rewarding credit if credit was given the previous day without the clean up.

No luck this morning with SSI2, just kept getting the flag page as soon as I entered my DOB. Tonight, 1st try I get a closed survey. Next try I get into one about a special promotional menu for a fast food restaurant, complete it and end up with flag page. Wonder if they are having technical problems? The flag page was the one that says you have completed this survey before and it was from a company I have never seen before, sure did not do it before.

I think you could be right, way too many red lights last night and again this morning and different surveys not crediting. I can't remember if I ever had an AMP that didn't credit.

Tricia and Ashley are away until Thursday so not sure if we will hear anything until then.

I will try Live, DS, MV(got one that credited today) and maybe SH. SH has become the hardest one for me to get, even when its green for hours but might try it.

No suggestions. In my experience if a survey hasn't credited by the 2nd hour-it's not going to. Only time I've received credit after that 2nd hour, is when something has been wrong system/server wide.

Just did an MV about "intimate relationships" and the internet, get to the end and get "sorry our quota is full". I have had the same result a number of times with DS/SM with surveys of a very personal nature and at the end did not qualify. If you choose to answer questions like that you really ought to get credit. I won't ever do a survey like that again. :mad:

Beware of AMP survey that wants to interview your child about technology. They prequalify by asking the child's age, gender & ethnicity.Then they ask a boat load of questions of the parent about what type of technology you own and use and what your child uses. Then they ask you to have the child answer. The first question is the gender and age it then terminates.

I am mad because it happened once. I tried for a new survey, got the same one so we tried again and it did the exact same thing. :computer::computer:

I find that I do not receive credit for at least 1-2 surveys a week. I know this is not much money, but they are very time consuming to not be rewarded. FRUSTRATED!!!!! I also read an older thread that said SSI &SSI2 were no longer going to be a part of SR after December (I did not read all of the posts under the thread, so it may have changed). Is this true and if so, why are they still on the list of surveys and using the red, green, yellow light system? I would appreciate any info on this. Have a great day.

OK, first and easiest question: Are you clearing cookies each day? If so, how often are you doing so?

SSI was switched to a 3rd party and that is how SR was able to keep them. They no longer credit automatically, but usually after an hour or two.

Tricia has been able to run SSI thru a 3rd party since the first of the year :). Thrilled that she has been able to keep 2 SSIs for us all. SSI used to credit immediately, since sometime in December it credits on the hour.

Greenfield - a SR veteran pointed out a few months back that she feels that Greenfield is very time sensitive, if you spend less than 20 minutes on one you often don't get credit or don't qualify at the end. Since I have made sure I take at least 20 minutes with GF (especially Toluna) I have had way less issues with not getting credit. Did have a problem with DS yesterday and 2 others had the same issue so I wonder if there is a problem with that survey.

Yes I do clean out cookies, thank you for the suggestion. I was suprised to not receive credit for the Greenfield because I have always gotten credit for all of those types of surveys. Since then I have had one not credit when taken by Nook and twice from my regular desktop computer. Don't understand it; all others do fine. I get the new completed survey thingy at the end. Weird.

Just wanted to comment on qzcaroline's not receiving credit for 1-2 completed surveys per week. Actually, unfortunately, that's almost "normal"-depending on how many surveys one does during the week. At least in my experience. 2 per week on a regular basis, might be on the high end of "typical" but it does happen.

Highly recommend CCleaner rather than "just" clearing cookies.

And, ITA about the time thing on Toluna and especially SM. If I find myself speeding thru a survey, I find that it helps to count to like, 5, before hitting the "next" button. Silly but it seems to work. I've had alot less problems with getting credit for SM when I do that. :)

Thank-you TjRi for that info. I have been doing these surveys off & on for a few years now and just started again on 1/12/13. In the past, I never had this many surveys not credit. I take my time doing then, read the questions, and do not rush through. I took 4 surveys today, all of them said I completed them & would receive the proper credits. As of now, 7:49pm, est, I have not been credited for a Live Sample survey (.75 and was a green light & still is) on childrens toothbrushes. This is the 6th survey that I have not been credited for since 1/12/13 (a total of $4.60). I just get a bit discouraged because I take the time to do the surveys, usually 20 minutes each, and to not get credit for my time & opinions is frustrating. I will keep trying, I want to be a super member again!!! I appreciate all the info.

The globals don't credit for me either. I've taken them on my work and my home computer and never received credit, so I don't waste my time with them anymore and focus my efforts on the others. Not sure what is different since they credit for others without issue, but you're not alone! :)

I have pretty good luck with Global crediting and use Firefox. would not think the browser would matter.

I took a MV survey about our local news channels about 2 hours ago, pretty sure it was a green light, and I still have not received credit. I will post again if it credits later on. This will be the 7th survey for me within the past month that has not credited. Very suprised, it is not one particular survey all the time, but a variety of them that have not credited. fingers crossed!!!

Sundays are tough, less and less surveys as the day goes on. Monday mornings are even worse and tomorrow is a Holiday so things might not pick up until Tuesday.

I have the most luck with SSI/SSI2/Live and not so much with AMP's/Samp.

I'm not sure how much time I am willing to spend on MV going forward. Most days I get that there are no surveys for me all day long, and I try multiple times. When I do actually get into one there is a much higher chance that its not going to credit even when I do complete it.

with 11 daily surveys now; lots of other options.

I do not have a problem with Global crediting, once it a while its the 2hr but more often its the 1st for me. I use Chrome usually sometimes FF. Not sure what the problem is for you.

Three surveys done today and only one credited. :cry: I will never make SM this quarter at this rate.

I agree today with MY View issues, movies surveys with PSB at least I know never credit, not sure what the deal is there. When I get them, I do not even bother, I try for another.

decided to try a movie PSB through Samplicio, completed and at the end "sorry you did not qualify for this survey". Not sure why I didn't qualify I liked the movie and said I wanted to see it.

I not going to do any PSB through any survey companies anymore; not worth it just a waste of time. They get so many completed surveys and we get nothing for our efforts.

Keep trying, you have till the end of March. I've been averaging one survey a day too, and I used to be able to get at least 3.
