Well, it has been two hours, so I don't think my Global is going to credit. :( It would have been survey #4 for the day, and I just finished a SM that I hope credits at 9. I guess the SM will be #4 if it credits. :(

I completed a MV last night that did not credit. Today is the 14th and I am around 8-10 Live/MV that have not credited so far this month. At some point I am going to decide to just stop doing them, they get way too many completed survey that they don't pay us or SR for. :mad:

I do them at different times of the day, use different browsers, always clear cookies before I start one of these 2, wait for one to credit, clear cookies before I try the other. Can't think of anything else I can do.

Another MV that did not credit today, it was on dog/cat flea/heartworm products. Cleared cookies before I started and went directly into MV.

might have had one credit a long time ago. recently none have credited, I made the mistake of doing one the other day only because I was trying for the contest and it didn't credit. Another wonderful survey from Live/My View.:mad::mad::mad:

I hope Tricia will be able to come back from her Summitt and maybe have some ideas to help us get some of these credits with Survey's. I used to be able to get 60-90 credits a month, then it went down to 50 and I am lucky if I get maybe 12 a month. I always qualified with Greenfield and every survey I try taking gives me the same message, 'something about a cache is no longer available." I see it pop up in the middle of the survey and if I complete the survey I will still get that same message. I won't even try GF anymore.

Every time I take one of those under MV, it credits as an LS. No complaints here but it's odd!

January is always slow but all of us not getting this many credits isn't acceptable. GF had become my "go to" surveys again the last quarter of 2013; lots of surveys and very few crediting/technical issues.

I tried so hard to enter the survey contest this weekend. Other times when there would be a contest, there would be pages and pages of people entering. There were a few people that did it, but most of the entries were for Radio Loyality, which was fine, but the difference of making maybe $5.00 a day, you are only making .25 a day listening to the radio.

I am just sad that my survey income has drastically reduced.

good news about RFG and a new survey company.

Live/MV numbers may be the same, but I personally have had at least 10 of theirs that have not credited this month and today is only the 16th. I am sure I am not the only one as there are a lot of posts about them not crediting and I bet a lot of people don't post when they don't get credit. I am about ready to stop doing them.

I cant pinpoint any specifics with my MV and LIVE issues, I take them all in firefox and clear cookies numerous times a day before trying ANY survey.

Tricia- I had 2 DS not credit, I did tickets via the link we are supposed to use, not sure if you can get me credit for those......

It is just like at this point you cross your fingers while taking a survey with hopes not knowledge that it will credit.

With Greenfield, I completed about 5 surveys and at the end of the survey, when you know you finished it, it will ask to submit the survey and I get a message that says, something to do with a cache is no longer available. I reported it the last time I took one of their Survey's. I took one this past weekend and I got the message right in the middle of the survey.

This fooling around with non-crediting surveys is so aggravating and such a time waster. SR should immediately suspend such survey companies until they are assured that the credit problem is fixed. If it happens again, re-suspend them again. Three strikes and that survey company should be dumped. Get real SR, if one of SR's members non-performed on their job like that it would result in being terminated from that job. No SR excuses please!

I've been a member for 4 years now and have never had such a bad month with things not crediting. I have not kept track (wish I had) but at least 12 Live/My View have not credited for me this month. These 2 seem to be the worst offenders. Sometimes I just stop doing those 2 for a while but unfortuneately they seem to have the most surveys.

it is frustrating for sure. You can only report DS, there is a link for that under their surveys; sometimes Tricia can get us back credits for DS. You can't do a trouble ticket for surveys not crediting. Be sure to take your time with Toluna (GF) another member pointed out that they seem to require that you spend at least 20 minutes on the survey. Since I started paying attention to the time I have a lot less issues with those.

Another Live that did not credit today. It was on a line of products from a well known collectible figurine company. I cleared cookies and went directly into the survey and it completed correctly; there is no reason for the survey not to credit.

I am done with Live and My View. I have had close to 15 of their surveys that have not credited this month. I have had it with giving them my completed surveys and getting nothing for it.

This situation with Live and My View is not acceptable and based on the other posts here, many members are not getting credits either. This month has been the worst.

Not sure what the problem is with others credits not crediting but Live does credit for me and it's the one that I've gotten the most credits from so far this month. Are you going too fast, I always count to 5 before clicking on the next question. Wish I had some answers to help.

Live and My view are sometimey since they have change there server. I would think it depends on the survey itself. They do give amount of time it should take, but that does not work with PSB movie survey, complete it at the 15 mark and you will get the sorry screen. Today I had one on buying a new car, it did not credit. Tried later in the day and it did credit. The 16 minutes ads survey does not credit, I know that what the answers are I am lost. If you do not spend enough time on it, you get the sorry screen, you may have noticed it was quicker than usual. If Trish sees these posts, she could send a support ticket to Live and see if she can get any answers. I have done 2cents once or twice and got the completion screen and it did not credit. January is a bad month for surveys and weather.

seems familiar, might have done this one with the same results months ago.

I refuse to do any LRW surveys anymore; they always end with no credit or I don't qualify after spending a long time answering questions.

Well, a MyView did not credit Sunday and a Live did not credit yesterday. I get the congratulations screen at the end like I should, take my time and don't rush, and it seems like we are back into getting credit only half the time.

It makes you wonder if they or someone is deciding to keep the credits for surveys that credit and not paying those of us who are doing the work for them. Sad because these, greenfield and ssi used to be my best surveys.

I am glad that some members are getting credit but I am now close to 15 MV/Lives that have not credited this month and I am not the only one; look at all the posts since the 1st of the year about these 2 companies and not crediting! and I bet alot of people don't bother to post because nothing happens.

They pretty much just tell us that if we do not get credit for something, it is because the person either didn't take the survey right or didn't qualify.

How about we try this. Go ahead and start listing all of the information about the surveys that do not credit in this thread. We really need specifics, like the survey number while you are taking it. Maybe if we can put together enough concrete information and get them to come see that this is being posted about them, they will start to pay attention.

Yes. I waited almost 2 hours after I completed the Live and 1.5 hours after it credited before I used CCleaner and went directly into MV. Did it in my other browser and closed the first browser.

I have tried everything I can think of to get credit because unfortunately they seem to have the most surveys. Some days I do one before work and the other in the evening and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Don't use the same browser. Would love to figure out if there is something I can do to make it work. :confused: But will all the other posts from members I don't think its something I am doing.

Completed a Live this morning that did not credit. Was on a well known oatmeal brand. Was a Decipherinc survey, said 30 mins, took a bit longer than that and I got the correct ending page.

Can you no longer report a Greenfield daily survey that doesn't credit? I can't find the place.

The survey in question was a long, sprawling one that asked what was important to me, talked about politics, religion, cars, etc. It went to white page instead of back to SR at the end.

If you look back through the earlier posts on this thread and some of the others there are alot of posts about Live (and My View) not crediting over the last couple of months so its not just me or my computer. I am not the only one who is not getting credit for completed surveys from them.

Yes all the time and it is getting annoying, very rarely they will give me a survey. It doesn't seem that putting in the same email address makes any difference, wish it recognized that I already did that one. :confused:

Oh I hate days like this. It doesn't happen often but when it does boy do I get bummed out. Maybe try a good cookie and cache cleaning today and see if that might help you out.

If you get an error page while taking a survey, I've had luck once in a while using my "back button" and the survey will sometimes come back and you can continue, not all the time but I try that first before closing out of it.

Just did an opinion central one on tires....guess it was run through my view.....got to the classification questions again...."Invalid URL Parameters." is what I got....after a 15 minute survey.....soooo frustrating!!!!! My suggestion would be to stop taking the surveys for awhile. The crediting is completely out of the hands of SR. We can only take what they give us. We've asked the members if they would like us to drop the surveys altogether (because we are willing to do that!) but the members always say "no." But if the surveys make you want to stop using SR, please stop doing the surveys. We have lots of other great things to offer!!!

My batting average is one non-crediting survey daily. Complaining in this forum about this inexcusable situation only results in receiving excuses and rationalization. Fellow SR members rise in defense of the SR administrators.

The non-crediting survey companies are the problem, not SR. SR can be part of the solution, and it is clear from all the complaints that changes are needed.

There should be a forum that members are encouraged to access where it is easy to simply list every survey completed that fails to credit. Those survey companies that are the "regular offenders" need to be placed on SR probation for a quarter. If they stop cheating members, they should be removed from probationary status. If they continue to cheat us, they need removed from the list of survey companies.

Survey companies have access to 2014 technology to insure that every completed survey is credited. That is obvious given that some of the SR survey companies always credit promptly. If they can do it, all can do it. It is a disservice to SR members to continue allowing us to be patsies for these non-crediting survey companies. Everyone reading this knows that SR is among the best online reward programs. The challenge is for SR to be the best at being proactive in protecting its valuable SR members, not in defending survey companies that frustrate and anger its members.

it can be confusing. sometimes I get the same ending when I don't qualify.The first time I got this ending page and I knew I had completed the survey I figured it would not credit but it did. I very rarely have any problems with AMP crediting and can pretty much tell if I did complete one.

Like you I am seeing more and more IPSOS from AMP and both of these in other surveys, RFG, SH, etc. Prefer to get them directly as the payout is higher.

got it a few times in April I think. Since the server upgrade my opportunities with GF have continued to drop dramatically. for May I have 4 DS and no SM.:cry::cry:

sad, I used to get 95% of DS every month and 65-75% SM and now, nothing. Most days I don't even bother trying and DS used to be my go to survey.

More and more frustration with surveys that I can no longer get into and ones like AMP that that I never had problems with crediting and now it is happening more and more frequently.:computer:

I was wondering if anyone else has been getting this problem? I spent 30-40 minutes on the Greenfield/Toluna Survey and as soon as I get to the end of it and click to the next screen it says I did not qualify for the survey. I can tell I completed the whole thing because of the timer on top of the page. This happened two times to me already.

Also Global Test Market Survey did the same thing to me this morning. I completed the 30 minute survey and as soon as I get to the end it says I did not qualify.

When we have asked the survey companies about this they say that there was some kind of quality issue--either a trick question was answered wrong, it was taken too quickly, etc. It doesn't sound like time was the issue for you though.

I've noticed that RFG1 sends me into the AMPs all the time. I've starting doing AMP/MTC first, I'd much rather get .90 or $1.15 for a completed suvey than .50

Scard, I had the same issue, yesterday 2 cents on clothes being sold at organic store, and so when I got in with GF I tried it again, no credit for GF either.

FWIW, I think I had this same one, except it was RfG3. It didn't offer a second part, but it was very, very long. And it did credit.

I had that one too, no second part and also no credit. BOO!

Did a Livesample that said it was an 18 minute survey on the front page, and then 15 minutes on the first page of the survey- It took an hour and 20 minutes! At least it credited . . .

Then I did a Greenfield that took a half hour, doing a survey on electronics shopping at best buy, apple, amazon, target and walmart, got to the end and the usual final classification questions, and then I get a page that just says "Terminated" :computer: I hold out hope it still credits but I have my doubts . . .

What I am having issues with, is getting surveys Univox, get to the end of survey, that works the whole way through it with no issues, then error page and no credit. At times Live with PSB movies, states 15 minutes, which is rather long survey, so it takes longer to do, I did one this am took about 18 minutes does not get the screen to rate the survey so I knew it would not work, and sure enough got a incomplete screen. The last couple of days have been tough to get through them and not have errors. It like you complete then they say, no reward this time for you.

This morning I did a RFG2 survey for .75. It credited at .75 normally, but my RFG .50 survey is crossed off on SR instead of RFG2. Rather strange. Tried to do a regular RFG this afternoon. It was almost 30 minutes long and froze at the wrap up questions. Tried to resend it, copy the link, etc, but to no avail. Not sure if it froze because the .50 was crossed off, or just did it for no reason at all. Sigh....

No, nothing new, just put in wrong name of surveys. It was RFG 1&2. I guess that's how frustrated I was getting. I put away surveys for the day and took a nice long walk. Feeling much, much better! :D

The last 3 surveys I completed (2 today, 1 yesterday) haven't credited. I answered a TON of questions about cleaning (RFG 1) and then was told the quotas had been filled and it went back to the same old questions.

I know nothing can be done, just letting off steam.
