I just got a Greenfield Survey-completed it and got the Congratulations page and no credit. Is Tricia letting us report Greenfield yet? I clicked out though and didn't save anything. I am so sad that I am not making any money for Disney, I try every day to get survey's and nothing.:cry:

Losing SSI's is tough enough, but GF is 50% (estimate) of what they were a year ago. Not a lot left to make money for Disney.

I tried today another GF and got a survey and at the end it said, "you are a duplicate respondent." Really? I haven't got a GF since April.
I would rather be kicked out in the beginning, then letting me do the whole survey. This makes me wonder if they still get my responses and it is a way for them not to pay.

It's a little frustrating when you get a message in the survey that says thank you and that you have completed the survey, only to be taken back to this page and most likely, no credit. :(

Used to be once you got into AMP/MTC and started answering the questions, you always could complete it. Now, more and more, I answer tons of questions and end up with nothing for your efforts.

Just spent over 30 minutes trying for a MV-finally got a message-no survey's today.
Started on Global Network and I completed a survey and it went back and said "Thank you. You completed this survey." Does this mean I will get credit, or does it mean, I already did this survey. So I tried again and completed one on Alcohol. The website thanked me for completing it, it went back to Global and it said, I didn't qualify.
Spent 29 minutes with Global today.

The new online community is Soapbox and they are really all over the place, trying to get you to join their survey site. I do not understand when I am trying to take a survey, why would I want to join their site. Just seems weird.

I keep getting that one too, so annoying. Very few available surveys, get into one and see that community :computer: Did it once and no credit, probably have seen it at least 10 more times.

I'm about ready to give up on this site. I am not having any luck with survey credits. :( It's a shame because I used to love SR and am now getting really frustrated with it. I spend enough time trying to qualify and when I do, I'm not getting credit!

Yep, that's the one. My DD got it once when doing a survey and I had her close out of it rather than give her info. I thought I would try - no credit. Not inclined to participate in a site that doesn't give credit for signups when they are supposed to.

cleared cookies, completed another Global, no credit after 2 hours. Was 13 minutes about ads in a Facebook game. Light has been green for most of the evening so Global is crediting.
This is becoming a big waste of my time.

Seems like Global credits better for me in Firefox. I used to do all my SR surveys in FF, but the last few months there is something wrong with flash in FF and it crashes when I get videos in Toluna, PSB (can't remember new name), magazines surveys too so I do all those in IE. Sometimes I forget to go back to FF for Global and I think that be might of the problem; going to start to pay more attention, I used to have very few problems with Global crediting.

I like chrome, but last week for the 1st time, I had a issue using chrome for GF daily, I like chrome because it retains your demographics for GF, where FF does not and every time I try GF and get the sorry message next time I try it goes back to the blank screen and have tp fill it all out again. Glad it's not just me with FF. I can't figure out what the problem is with FF; I have installed the most recent version of Flash and have the plug ins enabled. I am using Windows Vista and do not have to fill in my demographics every time GF tells me they have no surveys for me which is multiple times/day.

I agree Scard, I said earlier Chrome did not credit 2 GF's last week, well I got one in FF today, which wanted my Teen, okay fine he agree, not happy it was about shopping for shoes and clothes, he took him about 30 linutes, he finished it got the completion screen, I had checked cookies before he sat down, well did did not credit. so there goes my theory about FF vs Chorme for GF. That is the 3rd one this month, I have never had a crediting issue with GF the last couple of month I have had them. Just when I thought I figured it out, now have to try another browser or CHrome again. Not sure, for the reward I really fight with myself to keep doing them. Not enough money and lately a waste of a lot of time.

That's odd because those are across different networks. I can't tell if a lot of people are not trying yet today (or there are not a lot available) or if they are not crediting. I see MV credits. And Live Sample. And DS. But that is about it. And not a lot of any of those.

Can you check into what is going on with Live being My View now, I checked cookies and no Live cookies are present any longer its all my cookies. I am thinking they merged and maybe you can only get one or the other. I did my view waiting on credit, live went red yesterday evening and has been that way since.

Posted on the Live thread too. I completed a Live this morning that went to the MV completion page and it didn't credit.

Just emailed them. My *gut* says that they have merged something and did not do it right such that the pixels are not firing correctly. Interestingly, it looks like my contact for MyView is now my contact for LiveSample surveys. It's confusing, though, because the companies themselves use different names than what they use for their routers. So MyView is actually Authentic Response and LiveSample comes through IGain. So I can't tell what they are keeping and what they are ditching.

It may be that even if they merge, we can still be allowed to complete more than one a day (like the case with SSI and Greenfield).

Thanks Trish for looking into this, Live has the most surveys everyday more consistent than any other survey company since they began. I am am panel member of Live, you have a link to become a panel member when they first began. I have emailed Hugh several times in the past and he always responds, I was thinking of doing that, when I went to the site to try for a survey there are none, when there are I was going to check cookies and then email Hugh and asked what is going on.

I never cleared my cookies with SSI. I would take one, wait for it to credit, take another survey, and then go back to SSI. Always worked for me. I think I'm going to take this approach with MV/Live too.

Yep, it reverts back to Sunshine Rewards, but then you get no credit.

I got that same survey this morning, I did get credit for it. It stated 24 minutes, I made sure I was there for 24 minutes after reading Scard post and it did credit for me.

I did GF yesterday, the site was down for a while kept keeping error pages, came up completed a very long Neilson at 3:30 and also did not credit. There was a problem with GF ysterday afternoon, it the eveing it was green light.

As a general rule I do NOT follow this thread because it is usually just people posting specific surveys and not overall issues. If you ever see a major problem, please use the "report a post" and it will get my attention.

Mine was yesterday around 6:30AM, it was a Hall + Partner about hotel rewards programs. The one I took this morning credited.

I think GF was down, I kept getting a error server screen for over 30 minutes. The one I took was Neilson on appliances, never had a problem with Neilson before. GF was green early in am, then afternoon yellow, night was back to green.

For some reason I have never had any luck with that survey crediting. I have taken it couple times before and I never once got credit for it, I do not recall if I have gotten the completion page on it or not. I just recall the survey. I took one today that did credit on top of the hour.

I'm not exactly sure what time I took my DS yesterday morning, but I think it was between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. My particular survey was about different types of technology, and I did get the congratulations page.

Another DS, another congrats page...and no credit at the top of the hour. This one was a Compass Rose on travel to a favorite vacation spot. That's 3 in a little more than 24 hours-that's NEVER happened before with Greenfield.

Today is the first day I have taken surveys in about 2 or 3 months. I did SH, LS and DS (GF) I actually did the GF survey first I took my time and completed it and got the congrats page. It did not credit. The other two did. SO I checked here and see many people are posting that DS are not crediting. Sounds like a problem with GF :computer:

Yes! I had a Live stop on me right before I was done. Then I finally got a Live one and it didn't credit. Annoying, but I'm glad it wasn't just me!

I read that Live and My view have a new reporting system, I sent a email to Trish to alert her. It should be tracking the completions from what I understand, Trish needs to makes adjustment on her end. At least this is what I think from what I read.

Just heard back from them. Apparently they decided to switch to an entirely new system without telling any of their affiliates. I have added the new coding for both of them. But two things...

1) We are still waiting on the back credits from the last 24 hours, which they said they will load in for us.

2) The new credits will NOT automatically appear in your account because we need to now add the programming on OUR side to pull the credits. So it may be this evening before we get all of that complete.

If you complete a survey, post it here and I will go in and manually check on them just to make sure they are coming in.

Only a percentage of the people who do surveys participate in the forum, so I think we have a bit of a skewed view just from the posts here. I can see as the numbers come in though. I see the most recent live credit from 10:27am.

I really feel Live is on a 24 hr rotation and you have to clean out your history and cache. I have been having luck with them, but yesterday I didn't qualify for a survey with Live which is rare.

It is usually the first thing I do every day, and like others have said, I wait for one Live or MV to credit, then I clear cookies and do the other. Clearing cookies is key I believe.

Thanks I will try Live later in the day tomorrow. I have been using IE for the GFs and old MV as PSB crashes as you said in FF. Live and all the others I do in FF as I have had less problems. Global does not credit for me in IE. I even tried using my e-mail address from my internet provider (use yahoo for SR) to test Live/MV and get the same thing, no surveys or maximum limit for the day. Quickly tried my computer at work (I do not do surveys on company time) and same thing, can't get in.

I appreciate you trying to help, its frustrating.

Scard I am glad it worked for you, I found that when you stop getting credit you have to change things up. I have been having issues with live get through survey and it goes into error code, That happened with Global surveys on movies, and 4 survey on about cell phones. They always worked before the change over, now more error out than not early in the day. Glad it was a good one for you.

I have pretty much given up on MV. Have not gotten into a single one since the change over last weekend. I did get credit for Live last night, cleared cookies and tried MV several times and again could not get in and I tried my ISP e-mail address just to see what would happen and the same as my SR e-mail address, no luck.

Noticed MV was green and Live red this morning but did not dare attempt either one.

Its disappointing the last few months we have lost some of the most consistent surveys -2 SSIs(used to get both almost every day) and now MV doesn't work anymore for me and I had very good luck with them the last few months. How come its the good ones that are not an option anymore?

Well, after getting back on a roll for a few days, both Live and MV that completed with the congratulations pages did not credit yesterday :mad:

It is going to be close if I can get to 100 entries, so missing out on these credits really hurts.

No idea what the problem is lately with some of these surveys but I did get credit this morning for LiveSample after not getting credit taking this survey the past two days and I didn't do anything different than I do everyday with clearing cookies and waiting until one credits before taking another. It's frustrating to say the least and with so many not getting the credits there has to be a tracking problem of some sort? Only thing I can think of.

I took an MV and it credited under Live Sample. Weird.

Happened again today. I'm happy it credited for me but this may be part of the credit problem for others.

First MV I took in IE didn't credit today; used ccleaner and took Live in Chrome which credited. But the GF I did also in Chrome did not credit.

There's a report survey on the main GF page. I used it and had some surveys credit in the past, but not always successfully.

It is very discouraging and a total waste of time to not have 75% of one's completed surveys credit. These survey companies are robbing me of any desire to complete Sunshine Rewards surveys.

Well, I was 1 for 2 this afternoon- GF finally credited but Live did not . . . even thought I go a Congratulations screen at the end.

I just took another one- hopefully one of them credits- tough to get to 100 when they are not crediting.

More often then not after answering quite a few questions I get the we have enough respondents message.

I wouldn't even try LRW but they are showing up everywhere in the last week including GF on the few days I get anything except immediate "sorry try again tomorrow" from DS.

Guess its better to have get no surveys than to continue wasting my time on LRW.

seems that I am the only one having difficulties (a lot) with survey not crediting.
Today:
Completed SSI on acne treatments, was the one that at the end asks was the survey repetitive, too long. relevent, etc. clicked and just hung there until it timed out.

Completed a Live on magazines and how I read them - ereader, tablet, printed and no credit.
no way I will be able to get and entry for the contest if my completed surveys are not crediting.

I think I would rather not get into surveys than have all the non crediting and errors at the end than I have had since the beginning of the month. Must be at least 7-8.

GF are really hard to get, I keep getting the same hall and partners ones that do not credit, they are always in green. Everyday close them , and next day get the same ones back. I do not understand why they want people to waste there time on duds. Trying to get 5 a day is going to take a lot patience and time, that much I do know.

been here 4 years now, can't remember as many no credits and technical errors (almost always at the end of the survey) as this month,

completed 4 for the contest, if the Live I completed earlier had credited, I would be all set.:computer:

I agree about H+P's, I don't do them or LRWs anymore, they never seem to end with a credit
