    I just finished one about a certain brand of snack bars and it went to the blank white page at the end. And now there are no more surveys available for me...grrr. This was the first ds I qualified for in days!

    just took a ds about shopping at a popular warehouse club, completed it and instead of getting the congrats page i got the cache-no-cache page. refreshed the page and all that came up was a plain blank white page. reported this problem to gf so hopefully they will fix it. here is the link for the white page:http://ups.surveyrouter.com/SurveyTr....aspx?pgtid=14. just thought i would give everyone a heads up about this survey.

    I got this one last night and got the congrats page. That stinks you got the cache no cache!

    I just did a long DS on health care facilities. At the end there was a generic thank you page but it did not go back to the SR congrats page.

    Greenfield does NOT consider it a problem if you get a generic thank you page instead of the SR page. This is intentional on their part. It just means that the company hosting the survey is not sending real time results but rather will send them to Greenfield all in one batch in a couple of weeks. We have to delete out all of the complaints that are about generic thank you pages because Greenfield does not accept them.

    Thank you. This is good to know. I did not report this survey as there was no link to report it. I'll be looking for the credit along the way!

    Does that mean these surveys actually do credit at some point?
