Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

i know this is not really a technical issue but why is it when you get the survey that asks what day of the week yesterday was and you put in the right day you always seem to get booted out and get the page that you don't qualify for any surveys?

that is the weirdest dumb thing!! i think someone tried putting in a different day once after some of us posted abt getting kicked out, and they got kicked out too - i think it's a trick question, and maybe there's no right answer!
Actually, it really might be a technical issue, because obviously something is wrong with the question/answer setup there.

It was me that put in the wrong day as my answer just to see what would happen I got this same survey question last week and it is still not fixed and I reported it AGAIN. It must be some sort of test, why else would they still be asking this question? No rhyme or reason for it though!

I think it is a technical issue. I think it is there to make sure you are reading the question (kind of like the "please choose number 3 to mark your place in the survey" questions). The technical problem is that it is apparently not coded correctly to recognize what day it is or to change as people get the survey on different days.

Just my guess, coming from someone with no computer training whatsoever, so what do I know?

IDK girls...i got that one yesterday, put in the correct date (saturday) and finished the survey just fine! can't remember if it was the DS or OTX thought. if it was OTX, it did credit!

Yep. Got the virtual mailbox survey as SM survey and had lots of trouble with it. I finally just closed out of it.

Thankfully I was re-routed through that one SO many times, I finally remembered to get the URL as it was about to error, and I reported it.

Having trouble right now with the virtual mailbox DS. I next screens won't load. I've refreshed and started over twice. Think since others have also had trouble that I will report it and close it out.

I got all the way to the end of the virtual mailbox survey and there was a screen that said it was done. I hit the button to record my answers and it said the server was down.
