I would say there is definitely an issue on your end if you are missing them that often. Have you run an cleaner lately for adware or other things that could be capturing your cookies? I know it is frustrating when we say that but it is extremely uncommon for people to miss credits that often on one type of survey. That is a survey that is crediting well today and so it isn't an issue on their end. I am sorry I dont have a better answer for you. I would do a major cleaning on my computer and make sure there isn't anything hiding on there.

I run CCleaner every day. I've cleared cookies using the browser(s) function as well. I also did a complete scan using Malwarebytes on Sunday and again last night; it found no problems. After both scans the problem has continued to occur. SM did credit on Saturday and I am not having any issues with DS/AMP/SSI/SSI2/MV crediting.

Maybe I will try SM/Y2C in a week or so and see what happens then.
